It went very well.

I called to get an estimate over the phone and walked through it with Jeff. He called back later in the day with the estimate. We agreed on a price and set the date. He and is crew were about 20 minutes late however Jeff did call and say he would be a few minutes late and it was not a problem. He showed up with two helpers who also looked very professional. They were very careful with our furniture and and worked at a very good pace. I was so impressed with them that I asked Jeff to quote on some more work at our new house and I will be using his services again in the future. I highly recommend Haulin & Such!

I would recommend them. We had a camp ground and we had a whole bunch of stuff out there and we need to pull our trailer out and then we had to go get the stuff and I couldn't do it all so they brought the stuff back and they cleaned up the whole camp ground so we didn't have any problems with the owners or anything. It was an all day thing for them to load everything up and get it all back and they're real good 'cause they brought it all back and unloaded it. They loaded it up in the camp ground and brought it all at the house and unloaded it again. I'll call them again to move stuff in the house. Their price were high but it wasn't to me.

Very professional and nice people. I called several times with lots of questions and was treated very kindly. They were willing to help me out with all my questions and would have accomodated my son's schedule to move without any problem. I will call them again in the future.

This was a sidewalk removal at our condo in North Royalton. Jeff Davis and his crew were excellent. He communicated with me and my brother (who lives in Texas) regarding the work at our condo. He and his crew arrived on time and called us when they were going to be there so we could meet them at the site. They were very professional and hardworking. After the sidewalk was out, they ran into a problem with a drain pipe we did not know was there. Someone had tapped into the drain we installed when we put the sidewalk in about 8 years ago. We didn't know who did it and whoever they were they never notified the association they were tapping into our drain. So Jeff and his crew had to come back a second time (through no fault of their own) because they had to wait to finish our job until we got an answer from the Condo Association as to what they wanted us to do about this extra drain. So this problem caused a delay for them to finish our job as planned and he was VERY gracious about it even though I am sure this caused a scheduling problem for him with his other jobs. Once the sidewalk was removed and hauled away, they finished the job by adding topsoil and grading the area, spreading grass seed and straw. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no leftover debris to indicate anyone had been there! He gave us a fair price, fast response, excellent work and maintained communication with us the whole way. I would highly recommend him and his company and would definitely hire him again in the future.

They are friendly professional and prompt.

John and Marcus arrived on time and quickly checked the layout of the house and determined the quickest way to get the furniture and boxes out of the house. They worked very quickly and efficiently and were very careful with fragile items. They had to move all of the items to a fourth floor apartment in a building that only had one elevator. They made the most of each elevator trip and finished the move as quickly as possible. Both men were very courteous. The building manager told me that the move was the quickest and most organized of any that she has seen.

Jeff called to let me know they where they were and when they would arrive. They were right on time, very efficient, and courteous. They would have been my first choice for my upcoming move if it had been within their service area.

Saw an ad for this company in the South Side Leader, then went to their website where I entered a description of the work I needed to have done. Received an email the next day from a co-owner, Jeff. He gave me a price estimate and we negotiated a date and time. (They charge $100 for the first hour, then $20 for every 15 minutes after that.) On the day of the move, I got a call from Jason, one of the movers, asking if we could start the job an hour earlier than planned, because they had finished early on their previous job. I was able to do so. At the move location, two strong young men (Jason and John) hopped out of the truck, introduced themselves, and got to work. They planned how to fit the furniture and the boxes efficiently into the truck, and they padded things with the moving blankets they had brought. They also had a dolly but didn't need it for this job. Their truck was clean inside and out. John and Jason worked quickly but with care, and managed to fit everything into one load even though there was more furniture in the locker than I thought. After loading, they followed me to the drop-off site about twelve miles away. Although they had to carry everything up a hill to the house, they never grimaced or indicated in any way that they were dismayed by the challenge. (I sure was!) The guys placed all the furniture where I asked them to in various rooms of the house. They asked questions when needed and they heeded my requests. They were cheerful and friendly but businesslike throughout, and repeatedly refused my offers to take a break or have a even have drink of water until the job was completely finished. It was hot and humid but they hustled nonstop for two-and-a-half hours until everything was done and they were off the clock. They worked their backsides off! The cost was a bit more than the estimate but only because I had more stuff in the locker than I remembered so it took longer to load and unload than Jeff had expected when we discussed costs. In spite of that extra expense, I gave the guys a tip because I was so impressed with their work. I have nothing but praise for these guys and will definitely hire them again.

Called the company for estimate on hauling away debris and garbage from behind garage. Arrived on time, quoted and charge what they quoted, and completed the job two days after the estimate. I will use them again!

The company was provided an estimate quickly (after visiting our home) and came out the next day to remove the large items from our basement. They were extremely prompt & professional. They did not damage anything in our home while hauling up the tank & heater.

They are a father and son team. They are pleasant to work with and they were reasonably priced.
