Job took about four hours. A little dusty but everything went well. Was thousands cheaper than other quote because they only did what was needed.

John was very responsive, professional and honest when taking a look at what could have been causing the mold problem in my basement. He pointed out that the issue is likely related to something else outside of his company's scope. His honesty made me definitely consider his company if I ever need work done on my basement or some other area handled by his company.

I emailed Garrett Waterproofing at 8:00 am on Saturday morning. The owner called me quickly and asked if I was available to have time to get the estimate at 9:30 am, to which I happily agreed. We explained the waterproofing process in a few minutes and did not pressure me to purchase. The original price of $2780 was a bit out of my budget, and he dropped the price to $2500 if paid in cash. I still could not agree to that price but he told me his quote was good for one year and to call him if I decided to go with the work. Shortly after, he called back and lowered the price to $2200 and I accepted the offer. We set up a day for the crew to come out, which was in just a few days after the contract was signed. When I called to ask if they were finished, I found out is was in fact complete. We did a quick walk through and I asked a few more final questions and my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
