+ 0 moreThe process was very easy. When I went in the store they gave me a quote and a few options for the repair. After they took my computer they called me as soon as they identified the issue and let me know my options for removing the virus. They also shared a few monthly plans to prevent viruses and in home repair so I didn't have to disconnect my computer and bring it back in. I highly recommend ETC TechSolutions for computer repair. They also have new and used computer sales too, so if the cost to repair my computer was too high I had even more options and they could transfer all my data so I wouldn't lose anything!
Description of Work: My computer had a virus and they removed the virus, sped up my computer, and did NOT have to reinstall windows!
