+ -1 moreChuck was very professional and worked quickly to get our new furnace installed. We were only without heat for two days. They were very good about squeezing us into their schedule. The price was comparable to two other quotes we received. I chose Conrad's because of a recommendation from my employer. The only complaint I have is the vent sticking out of the back of my house on my patio where we eat and gather with friends in the summer. However, I cannot put all of the blame on Conrad's as my husband was here when it was done and didnt stop it. I would have asked for it to be located at the side of the house where it wasnt so visible. My siding is also cracked where the vent was put in, but again my husband was here during the install.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM CONRAD'S HEATING AND COOLING SERVICES. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR CALL EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE IN A BUSY TIME. THE TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE AND EXTRA TIME TO BE SURE HE HAD FOUND THE PROBLEM, AND CORRECTED IT. IN THE FUTURE, WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
Description of Work: DURING THIS WINTER OUR FURNACE FAILED TO IGNITE WHEN HEAT WAS CALLED FOR. CONRADS WAS CALLED AND THE SERVICE TECH ARRIVED PROMPTLY. THE UNIT WAS TROUBLE SHOT AND THE PROBLEM WAS DETERMINED TO BE A FAULTY IGNITION MODULE BOARD. THE TECH REPLACED THE MODULE AND CYCLED THE UNIT SEVERAL TIMES. HE CHECKED THE FURNACE FILTER AND CHECKED TO BE SURE THE UNIT FUNCTIONED PROPERLY.
