Description of Work: I found The home Detective on Angies list along with a handful of other General Home inspection companies. I narrowed my search to only super service award winners. I called four different inspections and let each know I was getting quotes and would decide. I receive quotes from 445.00 all the way up to $1200.00. I decided to go with the home detective. John did a fantastic job, he was prompt and professional. I came towards the end on the inspection to get an overview and see if there was any concerns. John took the time to walk me thru the whole entire house point out anything he found, and as well walk me around the outside and note anything out there. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process, the home, and every aspect of his profession. I would absolutely recommend them to any one looking for an honest, and fair inspector.

Description of Work: Whole condo inspection. Identified many things and rated them as safety-related, maintenance item, etc. very descriptive and provided pictures of everything which was helpful because I was unable to attend the inspection.
