I emailed Kevin and he called back the next day to set up an estimate. I liked his price so we scheduled for the upcoming Saturday. They were an hour later than they said they'd be, but I was the fifth customer of the day. Kevin's brother did all of the interior windows while Kevin did the gutters and the exterior. It took quite a while to do the interior because my windows haven't been cleaned in 4 years, and I'm a smoker. For the exterior, they removed and cleaned all of the screens and washed the windows. They took their time and did an excellent job. I am not able to see inside the gutters, but Kevin says he replaced/fixed the loose fasteners he found. There is also no debris on my lawn, so they did a good job cleaning that up. I have already referred them to my parents and will be using Spotless again.

They did a great job. They are trustworthly and responsible. They also changed all the batteries in our blinds and lightbulbs in fixtures. They willing to do anything you request.

We have a very old century house, with a lot of the original windows, with the wavy glass. The windows don't open. We also have some of the old covered gutters, which he cleans. His price isn't bad at all, when you consider the number of windows in the house. They absolutely do a good job. I have never ever had a problem with them.

The work was done in a week. I liked the people who did the arrangement when I made the phone call. They passed it on to another person who did the work for us. He was very pleasant and punctual. He made recommendations when we asked him, and he was forthcoming with information. We have used them for 2 years in a row, and the same person worked us. We liked him.

They cleaned our gutter last year. They are prompt and will come out on an emergency. They always do a good job and are willing to work around our schedule. They are very professional and honest. They are reasonably priced. It has been 2 or 3 years since we have gone in between the ceilings and the deck still looks great. They have done the deck for 3 times in 4 years. Everything turned out very well. They do the work well, and they follow up also for instance, they noticed after I had the roof done that the gutters were on too straight. They called to let me know, and also gave me a recommendation for someone who could fix them. They respond really well in emergencies, and they are very pleasant, honest, and easy to work with. They are good at what they do, and their prices seem to be in line with everyone else s. I have been very happy with them.

He arrived on time, was very professional and the work done was thorough. He was very neat and all debris was bagged for disposal.

Kevin Jacobs, the owner is very professional, does great work and is very prompt in returning phone calls. They came at the scheduled times and did a great job. They even moved our deck furniture for us, since we were on vacation when they pressure washed the deck. The deck looks awesome. We were very pleased, as always, with the work.

Purchased a new home and realized gutters were clogged badly. Called, got estimate same day, work scheduled within a few days. Unclogged and cleaned gutters, and also cleaned windows in and out. They kept me informed, let me know what exactly what the issues were and did a great job. Will not hesitate to call them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by this company. Not only were the windows clean, the house and deck were immaculate. I was also really surprised - and pleased - to find out that Kevin and his crew power washed two rockers I had on the deck. I hadn't asked, but he offered to do it. I hadn't been able to get the rockers clean, and hadn't even thought of pressure washing them. That really made my day. What was even more amazing was that when Kevin and his brother came to stain the deck, the color I had chosen was just awful. Kevin suggested we go to the paint company together, to pick a new color. And we did - and over an hour later we got back to my house so they could begin to work. This extra step is just another example of how hard this company works to make the customer happy.

Chris came out and gave us an estimate to power wash/stain the deck and retaining wall, clean the gutters, and wash the outside of the windows. At $1000, I thought it was a bit pricey, but because of all of the good reviews on Angie's List, I decided to take the plunge. We made arrangements for Chris to contact us once the weather was suitable for the work. Once the weather broke, Chris and another worker came and cleaned the gutters and windows...excellent job. They were running a bit late so we rescheduled the power washing and staining of the deck for another time. Chris returned and power washed our deck...again, it looked like great work. A few days later, they returned and stained the deck. I had some minor cosmetic concerns which I raised with the owner, Kevin. Kevin was extremely responsive and Chris returned at my convenience and corrected the problems. Throughout the process, Chris was very professional in his demeanor and kept in constant contact.

I called the company on Tuesday and I received a call back that evening at 7:30--I was pleasantly surprised by the dedication to returning calls! I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The work was immediately done--very neatly and cleanly, with no problems. I was very pleased with the service and how professional Kevin and his asisistant were. I will definitely use them again. I also thought the price was reasonable as we have a large house with high peaks to the roofline.

I was very happy with all aspects of this experience. I received a speedy estimate. Once I agreed to the work, I was scheduled for the very next day. The work was done beautifully, the workmen were pleasant, and cleaned up the site afterwards. I definitely will continue to use this company in the future.

Kevin was very knowledgeable about decks and their care. He explained how they weather and what type of stain we should be using. He called on a day there was a chance of rain and gave me the option of having him come out or wait. He gave me the option of using a different stain if I had a preference. The job was done very neatly. I would hire them again.

This company is outstanding. We were within days of holding an open house and realized we had not scheduled anyone to clean the windows. I explained our predicament to the owner, who said he would do his best to help us but could not make any guarantees. The owner himself came to our house on the weekend, quoted a price that was only $25 more than a price I was quoted several years ago by a different company, and cleaned all of our windows inside and out. He also did a few of the insides of our double hung windows and included the garage windows at no additional charge. He worked around our construction mess and did my infant's room windows first, so he could nap. I had no idea our windows could be so clean.

Promptly answered my inquiry, leaving message asking for more information (ie: address)I called back with more detailed message, and received a message thanking me for inquiry, but I am out of their service range.

They were very quick and thorough. The windows were done in less than an hour, and had no spots or streaks. The workers were very polite and professional. It did take quite a while to get the appointment scheduled (due to weather and their workload), but once it was made they were very prompt.

Although we had to wait a long time to get the work done, I believe it was primarily due to the weather. We had some misunderstanding regarding a phone message I left, (a complaint regarding surrounding plant damage after the pressure wash), which led to them almost not completing the work. I'm still unclear as to how they got the wrong understanding of my message, but in the end, Kevin and I worked it out and they did the work, which came out very well. I give Kevin a lot of credit for really trying to make things right. Also, Kevin worked with me in trying a new product, in which I've had interest for a couple of years. Therefore, what I paid to him was strictly for the labor, as I bought the product myself. In the end, in spite of some glitches, I was very happy with this company's performance.
