The young man was very polite, cleaned up after himself. He even noticed a crack in the chimney, took the time & went to home depo to get stuff to fix it. Even though it was one of the coldest days. Great work.

Very informative and polite. Went as far as putting covers on his shoes. Let us know exactly what he was going to be doing. Suggested to us about getting some items for our fireplace to keep it performing longer. Put up covers to keep the mess confined. Even went on the roof to check the chimney cap.
