Matt did a fine job. I would use him again. The cost of the work done was greater than the "Big Deal' offered. He had to work longer than the 4hrs.. I may use Matt for some drywall work.

Poorly. I also blame Angie's list for promoting this business which obviously is poorly run. If it is just one person doing everything (as I think it might be for Matt's contracting) then perhaps it's not a great business to use for the deals. They get overwhelmed with business and offers and that effects their business. I am sure Matt is a nice person and does good work, but the fact that he never is able to follow through with quotes and the business side of it makes me sad and disapointed.

He came out and did estimate and I told him about the big deal coupon at that time. He knew before he came out that I had bought a big deal. I kept asking him for the scope of the work. He kept giving me dollar cost. I was looking for hours and what he was going to do. He was going to tuckpoint the foundation. This was to be done within the four hour period. He started the work, and now has called and stated he did not know it was an angie's list deal. He stated that he is not going to finish the work. He wants me to pay full cost as if it is not an angie's list deal.

Matt was booked til September when I called. However, he did come out to see if I would need the entire 4 hours and scheduled an appt for September 11th. Work was good.

after many attempts to contact with no success, I gave up. Asked for a refund from Angie's List, and have not heard yet.

We had to postpone the tuck pointing job until the weather was OK. Matt showed up on time and was very diligent. He worked hard all day and I am very pleased with the job. We have already discussed future jobs.

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He did some tuck pointing that I needed done, and I discussed an area where I had been having some water leakage. He looked at the area, and offered me some pointers on how to take care of it. He was very helpful, his work was high quality, and I was very satisfied.

Never called me, I had to call him twice.

The best part about Matt's service is that he fit us in the following week after I called him! We had a short timeframe to work with and he fit in our schedule. He completed his job in the time he said he would. He was very friendly and easy to work with.

They came out and performed tuck pointing on a brick ranch house. He was very pleasent man, and he was very knowledgable. The work was very satisfactory, was busy from all the work he got from Angie's List so he had to delay project a few times. I would highly recommend him.

It was hard to get in touch with Matt at first and we were delayed many times due to weather but once we finally got him here he got the job done. I think he got very busy after the big deal came out.

So far okay. Work scheduled for September It went very well. Matt is hardworking, personable, and prompt. He did all the work requested and then some.

We are happy with Matt's work although he was an hour to an hour and a half late. He called once to let us know. He told us that filling the hole in the tree wasn't masonry but was willing to do it for us, which we appreciated.

It was difficult to reach Matt initially . But after I did reach him I think the job was well done and reasonably priced.

The first job Matt performed for me was to repair the mortar between some bricks at my home. He took the time to match the color of the mortar and took his time making sure at it did not look as if it had been patched. He did such a good job that I had him repair the stairs at my office building and patch some of the cement blocks in the building. Matt did a great job and at a reasonable price. He also cleaned up everything so you can not tell that he was there. The only downside is that he sometimes forgets to call back. I still thought he deserved an A

I did get the simple, basic, safe structure that I wanted at a reasonable price - but rather than Matt being directly involved he subcontracted the job and the workmanship left something to be desired. Matt did stop by several times during the work, and he had one of his people spend some time there as well, but I believe the result would have been better if Matt had been more directly involved in the actual work. Issues: Some of the wood used was stable but not visually pleasing (some splits). Some edges were rough cut and require sanding before I can stain the wood. Nails which missed the adjoining piece of wood were left protruding, labels were left on the ends of the wood, floor boards were not screwed down to the supports, a few nails were not hammered in all the way... The siding was replaced but a few small areas could have used some caulking after the porch was complete. All minor items, but still details that should have been taken care off. Matt did have a crew that hauled away all the old material and did a nice job of cleaning up the lawn & driveway. I've had Matt do a few other things and he did a nice job. I would use Matt again - but I would want too know ahead of time exactly who was doing the work, and I would inspect the work more closely before signing off on it.

I called Matt near, but before the expiration date last summer. I paid $99 for an Angie's deal for grout work. I left Matt a voice mail and never heard back. Due to my incredibly busy and stressful schedule, I do now have a lot of time to chase these contractors, especially when I have already paid for the service. I know it is a bit late to complain, but I thought you might not want him to participate in future "deals."

It was a bad experience. The work was done in a nonprofessional manner, and infact required more repair work to be done, than was originaly required. They didn't do the job correctly. They regrouted the shower, and so they confused what we wanted to do. They used a different color from the original color. They didn't apply the grout or caulk properly and they got it everywhere. I got them back to do the work, and the second time it was better than the first time, but it wasn't sufficient to me.

The job was well done. I had been worrying about this for a while and am glad to have had it done. There was one small area at the bottom of the chimney that had to be redone and Matt was very accommodating. He came over and fixed it the same day I called. I would have him do other wok for me if I needed it.

The guys weren't professional installers. But, the job went smooth and they got it done without damaging anything. So, we are both very happy with their service.

I purchased the deal back in July and he could not come out here until August 30th, which was a long time. I called him that morning and he said that he was coming. He came out, looked at the project to make sure that he could do it, and then told me that he had to take the color of the motor/masonry and try to match it. Before he told me that there was no charge for him to take a look at the work to see if he could do it. He then told me that he would be out this coming Saturday, and that he would call me about this to confirm. It has been 3 weeks I have not heard anything from him. He then he asked for $10.00 for materials, which I gave him. Now he has basically vanished.
