He was fine to work with and he did a nice job when things got done. He was a bit forgetful when it came to things we would bring up for him to do, but once we told him about it, he was right on the job. He also had some trouble with punctuality. He did very nice cleaning up after himself when he was done for the day. I will probably use him again simply because he knows the area and my mother-in-laws home.

He was very punctual, polite and did an excellent job. He returned our calls in a timely manner. When he was on the job he found additional work was needed on the chimney and we were happy he was so thorough. He didn't even charge for the extra work.

We are out of town landlords and had trouble finding a handyman that would do masonry. Matt quoted a very reasonable price, but was very difficult to schedule the actual job. It took a whole month and many calls until he finally did perform the job in a quick fashion.

He came out to give an estimate and I never saw him. I think he possibly came out when we were not home. He did send the estimate. I requested to have him come back out and I haven't heard from him yet.

The work was accomplished in accordance with the cost proposal and in the time proposed.

I called and asked for the free estimate he offers on his list. He came to my home and looked at job, called me at work and gave me a fair price for the job. I asked him when could he do it. He arrived on time, with the tools and supplies, completed the work, cleaned up after himself and charged me a reasonable price. It was so reasonable, I started asking him about other projects that need done and he is experienced in all of them. I don't think I need to find another person when I need something done. Matt is the first and only person I will call in the future.

Did not select Matt as the contractor to proceed with the job.

Matt promptly returned my phone call for estimate and came the next day. Work commenced the following day and he wisely waited until the damaged area was dry from the overnight rain. He found leak areas and completed work in a timely manner.

I had Matt come and do and estimate. He responded within a day and provided me with an estimate. I asked him for a breakdown of the costs and he provided that to me, again within 24 hours. He arrived at the job on time and when he was late he called to let me know. He was professional and it seemed really important to him to be focused on customer satisfaction. He asked my opinion and solicited my feedback and did the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely call Matt back whenever I have other work to be done. I called other handymen as well, but some of them did not do steps or something else that I wanted. For Matt, no job is too small and often that is exactly what I need done in my house. A small but nonetheless, important job. Matt did well.

He did tuck pointing in sunroom and replaced some bricks and matched the color. He also replaced some mortar that was missing. He also tuck pointed some stone on some front steps. He is an all around handyman.
