Work was reasonable. He was rather late to the appointment, and seemed to be constantly on the phone.

Like I've previously stated, I didn't see all of the work that was missed and neither did he. I feel that he did do a lot of what was needed, and he cleaned up after himself. The only problem I had was that I had to point out everything. I would have hoped that the professional would see it all and just handle it.

I didn't use the service. I'm just filling this out because of the relentless reminders to review the service which I did not use.

Bought as a deal on Angies List. I was never contacted after repeated attempts. Applied for a refund after three weeks.

He did a good job, but the clean up could of been better.

He came and he did a great job. The caulking around the tub has not lasted. He was very professional. They were easy to schedule with and he came on time. Everything was neat and clean and he did a very good job. We were pleased with the service.

It was okay and fine. The gentleman came on time and let me did what we have to. I do not think I would call that service again. It was a good bargain.

Did not respond to my e-mail requests x2. Failed to respond after being reminded of his agreement to offer his services by Angie's list customer service. In fact I had corresponded with Angie's List customer service for this same matter on 3 occasions over a period of a month (see e-mail communications). They apologized on his behalf and promised to contact him again. Matt did not even answer the phone listed on Angie's list (multiple attempts). Finally he did - stated he was in the middle of a chimney repair. Promised to call within an hour - he never did. Utterly unprofessional. A total waste of time + money.

He did a fine job once i got him pinned down. He was hard to get to return calls and show up for estimate when he said he would. He lost my number at first and I had to keep tracking him down. But he was a good guy...trying to manage all aspects of his business.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It didn't go well. We had difficulty getting the time set up for him to come out. The first appointment was in the morning and he called and said that he was running late and it would be around noon. Then he called again and said he couldn't make it. I had taken the day off from work. He finally came out that evening after 5 pm. He looked at the bathroom and asked if I had the grout. I didn't because I assumed he was bringing the grout because it was the standard color. He said that the customer normally has it but that he also normally carries it on his truck but he happened to be out. We then set up a time for him to come back after we bought the grout. He finally came out and spent an hour out of the 3 hours of the deal. He did some work around the tub and a little bit on the floor. Most of the grout that he put around the shower area has now peeled off. He only did one side of the floor. He left me with the impression that mine was a very small job because he called before he came out and said that he was going to cancel but the weather didn't work out for another job so he came. I think he was trying to fit it in among some big jobs that he had. I don't think he expected someone to take the Big Deal as their entire project. I think he thought it would be part of a bigger scope project. What I had didn't even fill up the whole 3 hours. I don't think I was very high on his priority list. The grout started flaking off within a few months and now it is back to where it was originally. I didn't pay any additional for the Big Deal except for buying the grout. He seemed like a nice person.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and, for the most part, it turned out okay. I disliked the fact that there were some issues with timeliness. I also found out there was some more cost involved than simply having the room painted. We ended up having to pay some additional because I did not realize that there would need to have sanding done. There also was some misunderstanding about whether or not the little space where my door opens is considering a hallway or something. I liked the painting and overall it was really nice. I had an accent wall done and I liked that I was able to get the paint using his account so that saved us quite a bit on the paint.

He didn't keep some appointments and some appointments were late. For the overall job, the quality was good.

They never showed up when they said they would. Sometimes they wouldn't show up even on the actual day they were supposed to. Work did get done and what was done was good work.

We had an appointment in November but he didn't show up or call. When I contacted him we agreed that a refund was due and I talked to an Angiies rep who said he would put it thru and I would receive my refund. As of today 1/6/14, I have not received it

Quality work at reasonable price

When I returned to N'east Ohio, I found no evidence any work was performed. I called the company and Matt answered my call today December 19th. My credit card was charged on Sept 23rd, 2013 and I called the company, On Dec 19, 2013. I told Matt I was grading the company "F" and I wanted a refund. He agreed and said Angie's List would process the refund.

Hard to communicate. Difficult to schedule. Then service no longer available.

The guy didn't show up for the longest time, I had a small area of cracking around my window and my patio he completed some on the work however he didn't want to complete all of it because his coupon was for repair work only some of my missing grout was not repair work to him. He didn't want to work the whole four hours, The price was good so what I got done was good for the price. He stated he could come back and finish my patio. But then he ended up never coming due to scheduling issues.

It went fine. He even went on the second level.

Hard worker but seemed as though he had too much on his shedule. Had to keep rescheduling appointments,came late and then had to go to the store to get material he was lacking. Finished up as it was begining to rain.Had to use my tarpolin to cover job.

We meet at original address where the work was to be completed. He provide an verbal estimate that was more then I wanted to spend. So we made arrangements for the work to be completed at another property. He was suppose to call me when he got slower to complete the work. Never got a call. It is to late to complete the masonry work now so I am asking for the money back. Matt provide work for me in April and did a great job so I assume this was an oversight.

Did not clean to my satisfaction but I was having health issues at the time and did not need the stress of filing a complaint with them. Worst carpet cleaning I have ever had from anyone.

Fixed tuck pointing around front porch (brick and concrete, with sandstone steps). Not a 4-hour job, but done well enough to warrant the cost of the coupon.

Details????? He doesn't honor his appointments, he is not professional enough to return my calls or call to reschedule. My whole trust in Angie's List has been compromised. I want my $99 back since I am sure he isn't going to be working in the snow.
