Description of Work: Caulked my kitchen counter

Description of Work: jInstalled ice cables on roof. Didn't always come at the agreed time. Matt agreed to look for a possible leak on the roof. It took some time to get that accomplished. The cables worked as intended.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets for the Big Deal I purchased for my son.

Description of Work: The guys came out and told my wife that our carpet required a deep clean instead of the standard clean which was purchased on the Big Deal. It cost us an extra $146 for the deep clean and the stairs (which were not included in the deal). I get concerned anytime a contractor tries to come in and up-sell the product. The carpet looks good. The deodorizer smell is strong and may take a few days to dissipate.

Description of Work: Ari and Mike came on time, but immediately sized up my house as needing MUCH more than the $99 for 4 areas. After a special "deep cleaning" treatment for 2 rooms (I didn't see that they did anything different than in the other room), stairs, and area rugs, the grand total was almost triple what I had hoped to spend. To their credit, the carpets DID get really clean, but their skills as carpet cleaners are surpassed by their skills as salesmen.

Description of Work: cleaned carpeting in bedroom and basement. However, they seemed not to have moved any furniture or put styrofoam under furniture legs when they left. My old company was more thorough and did a better job. However, the price was good.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning. They did try to upsell "deep cleaning" for all 4 rooms. I upgraded for the family room only and did not see any difference in the cleaning between that room and the rooms with basic cleaning.

Description of Work: repaired broken and discolored grout on shower floor. replaced old caulking behind sink in kitchen (12 feet)

Description of Work: Matt's communication was good, work done efficiently in a timely manner, very professional, grouting matched perfectly and he cleaned up after himself. Will call him again. He regrouted tile in a shower stall in my second home.

Description of Work: i purchased this through a Big Deal. We had work done to our front step. The step had pulled away from the porch. I believe the deal was for 2hours of work. We only had that one project. He came and did the work in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the work so far. I would have them back for this type of work.

Description of Work: Repaired a broken kitchen cabinet drawer and hung up two knife racks.

Description of Work: Estimate for scraping, sanding, glazing, and painting on the outside for 19 windows. He gave us an estimate for $35 a window and $25 for our smaller windows (we have 4). He said no additional charge would be necessary because there is nothing hidden in the work of this job.
