Mark was professional, prompt and answered my endless questions patiently. I will definitely call for future products in my home. The oven is working perfectly.

Mark let us know that our oven's starter had a design flaw that caused the starter to go out repeatedly. He replaced it,and told us to wait a few weeks to see if that solved the problem before mailing him payment. If the fix didn't work Mark said there would be no charge and his advise was to replace the oven. I highly recommend Mark and will use him for any future appliance repairs.

We have used Mark on two separate occasions: Dishwasher Installation and Dryer Repair. In both instances we were extremely satisfied with the service! Mark was prompt in his response, the repairs were perfect, the price was reasonable and his professionalism was refreshing. If your looking for someone honest when it comes to repairs, I would highly recommend Mark's Appliance.

On time, replaced part, very courteous, all done within 1/2 hour.

Mark returned my call the second day and changed the heating element of the dryer. It is working again. He answered a lot of questions from me. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He also gave me a 10% off for being an Angie's list member.

Mark returned my initial call on Tuesday and we set an appointment time for sometime after 2:00 pm the next day. He arrived promptly, went right to work and discovered the cause of the problem within minutes. He showed me the broken part and demonstrated how he diagnosed it. He told me the price for the repair and I gave him approval. He had the part needed in the truck and completed the repair quickly. He made sure to check that everything was operating correctly before putting the washer back together. He was personable the entire time and answered various questions I had about our washer and offered his advice about buying a new unit (at some point). Great experience and highly recommended.

Mark was on time, pleasant and professional. he broke down the situation for us and made a professional recommendation for us. His assessment was fair, not what we wanted to hear but accurate.

After we called, he came the next day and analyzed the problem, dish washer not draining. He was able to get the part the next morning and completed repair that afternoon.

He is great. I've had him since the '90s. He's a good guy. I've moved into three different places and he's always there. When I need him, he's great. Overall, he's an A+. Everybody loves him and I don't know what I would do without him. He doesn't charge me at all. I have no complaints. He's excellent.

Great! Found it was just a breaker that was tripped. Didn't even charge us. Really great, responding quickly and was punctual. Very much the honesty and generosity.

Mark has installed a range hood and cook top and a dishwasher over the past several years - through Lowe's. Any time we purchase from Lowe's - we request Mark. We also had a refrigerator problem several years ago - and he came to check it out - told us what to look for if the problem got worse - it didn't and the refrigerator is still working just fine. We trust that Mark will give us the correct answer/solution to our appliance problems - not an unnecessary repair or sell a new product. Trust is a valuable commodity in today's world.

When our Microwave first broke, I called Mark based on Angie's List reviews. He called me back, asked me a few questions, and recommended that I buy a new unit instead of allowing him to come over and trying to repair it. I was sold on that phone call. He could have come over, charged us, and then said to buy a new one, but he was upfront, honest and sincere about his recommendation. Once our new microwave arrived, I made an appointment and he called to confirm. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He also opened our dishwasher and cleaned out a filter as a courtesy while he was there. When we went to pay the bill, he asked where we found him again and gave us an Angie's List discount. I have to say, I'll never call anyone else.

Mark was prompt & reasonably priced. He came the day after I called him & fixed my dryer that day.

Mark was absolutely fantastic! I called him at 1:50, and he was at my house by 3:00. He was extremely prompt, which is great considering I had water on my floor after one load of laundry. When he showed up, he took the front panel off of the machine to check everything inside. After seeing that everything was dry, he worked to diagnose the problem. After running the washer with only detergent, he was able to conclude that the soap/water level came over the top of the inside tub and ran down the inside of the front panel. He included me in the process, answered all of my questions, and was friendly yet professional. He is very knowledgeable about washing machines. He charged nothing to make the call--he only charges when work needs to be done. I will definitely call Mark again if I ever need help with any appliances that he services.

Answered call immediately and made appointment for a service call in a timely fashion. Only charges if after evaluating can make repair. Showed up in expected window and was pleasant and professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. Had part he needed to make repair on hand. Also gave us excellent advice on how to properly care for our dishwasher. Would not hesitate to use again.

Mark was great. He showed up within a half hour. He plugged in a part (I cant remember what it was) to see if it would run, but it didn't. He let us know that it would cost too much to fix ($600 for a new compressor) and that we needed a new refrigerator. There was no charge for the service. He was polite and professional. I will absolutely call him again when we need to service any of our appliances.

Mark was excellent and I'll gladly use him again and recommend him. He promptly returned my message, even though it was after normal business hours, and was here the next day. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem using a part he had in his truck. The price was very fair. He was very friendly, but professional.

Using model info that I gave him, Mark did research and called me back right away to tell me how much the repair would most likely cost. I looked up how old our machine was and to me it was not worth the repair due to the age of our machine. He was very nice in recommending a model to us to purchase which we have done.

He came out the same day I called him and arrived about the time he estimated he would. He checked for some simple reasons why it was not draining and ruling them out, he stated that most likely it was the drain pump and if so it would cost $250. He asked how old my five year old washer machine was and asked if it was making noise when on the spin cycle. I stated it was starting to my noise. He informed me that this type of machine at about the five year mark, the bearing holding the drum starts to fail and that repair would cost over $500. This would total the machine and I would be wasting money in repairing the machine. He did not charge me for the service call and recommended which washing machine I should buy. He was an excellent repairman who was honest and up front with you. I highly recommend him.

Mark responded very quickly to my call for help on a Saturday morning. A defective inlet valve in my washing machine had allowed the machine to fill with water and water had leaked into the basin below my machine as well. Mark fortunately had the right part in his truck. He came out to my house within 20 minutes and had the machine repaired within a half hour. I could not have been happier with the service he provided or his professionalism. My problem was satisfactorily resolved quickly and on a weekend. I would definitely recommend his services and will contact him again in the future for any other appliance problems which arise.

Called due to a refrigerator not getting cold. They called back and responded right away. NO CHARGE! Great! Said the vent was blocked and if problem persists, call back. It did. I did, several times. No response at all. Called another Angie provider who came right out and diagnosed problem CORRECTLY. Fan not running. I guess you really do get what you pay for - NOTHING.

I called Monday evening after 7PM and left a message to call us regarding the dryer and the next morning Mark called to get more info about the dryer and set the appt. He was able to get to us the same day at 3PM and called approximately 15minutes prior. Since I removed the back of the dryer in my attempt to repair, I left it off thinking it would be helpful but found that the repair had to be accessed through the front. He made sure he had the correct parts and after quoting a fair price that we agreed to, he went right to work removing the front panel, drum and other items to get to the heating element. All parts went back together again and he even replaced the back panel that I had removed with no complaints. The dryer is working fine again. Mark is pleasant to talk with and answered all of my questions while continuing to work on the dryer. We would be happy to recommend him and will call him for any future appliance repairs.
