Description of Work: We had a gas dryer that was not drying clothes since Friday. Called over weekend to get free service call. He called back on Monday made an appointment for same day. Mark was great. Accessed quickly that knob on setting to fluff no heat had cracked and was stuck on no heat even though showed otherwise. He changed with another knob and problem solved. Did not charge anything. Very honest person. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: The inlet valve was replaced on my front loading washing machine. He was very knowledgable and showed up when he said he would. The problem is fixed and he even gave me pointers on how to maintain the washer so it would last longer and clean better.

Description of Work: Inspected dishwasher No Charge...Found wire disconnected on range top on inspection. Ordered new part. Replaced part on second visit with no additional trip charge. Super Honest!!! He will get all my appliance work!!!

Description of Work: Arrived on time, saw the problem with my dishwasher and was able to resolve it in a short amount of time. He also checked out a minor issue on my oven but was honest about being unable to fix it without possibly creating more of a problem. He was courteous and professional. The repair charges were reasonable and I would recommend him.

Description of Work: Mark is very smart in anything "appliance" oriented. He spent time and listened as well as solved our problems with the oven. He also had suggestions about other appliances. We will definitely call Mark when the need arises.
