Mark was on time, friendly and did a good job. Price was reasonable for the two jobs of installing an oven heating element and new metal water hose for washer. Gave me good tips on caring for my appliances.

He came the day after I called him, was quick and proficient. Reasonable charge for service. Also looked at and advised me on my dishwasher which occasionally has problems .

Very responsive to returning phone call that day...came out following day.had parts needed to repair that day

I called Mark on Monday to have him come take a look at the washer. He made an appointment for the next day. He called during that time to let me know that he was running behind but still got here only 15 minutes past the original scheduled time. He was polite, went straight to work diagnosing the problem and found a quarter blocking one of the drain tubes. He removed it and only charged me a short service fee. He also gave me useful tips for using the washing machine and some tips for the dishwasher as well. I have already added him to my contacts in my phone. Thank you, Mark!

I spoke with Mark on the phone about an issue I was having with my freezer. He was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem, which did not require service. He was very professional and helpful, I will definitely use him in the future.

He was just great with the washer repair. We then called him back out for advice about installing a dishwasher we already had. It ended up that it would not fit and he didn't even charge us for coming out that time. He is very thoughtful and very reliable.

very professional service. mark was a little late, but called in advance to say he was running late. he did the diagnostics within seconds and told me how much it was going to be. got the job done in 20 minutes and gave me a $10 discount for using Angies. Will definitely call back again.

I sent an e-mail at 7 PM the evening before. Mark called me the next morning and said he could make it out between 5-6 PM the next day. I did not have to leave work early which was a big point. He showed up on time and his estimate over the phone was exactly what he charged. This is 3rd time I used Mark. The first time he did not charge me for the house call as the reapir would have been more than a new appliiance. He also had recommendations on what appliances were better buys - which he repairs them, so he should know.

This is the second time I've called and been pleased with his service. It did take several hours for a return call but I didn't mind since the service is honest and reliable.

Mark fixed the microwave that had been repaired by somebody else before. Apparently, it was not done right the first time. Mark also told us that he will let us know if it would be cost effective to buy a new uint instead of reparinng the old one. He did a great job.

I called Mark on Monday and he was here on Tuesday. There had been water damage from a cracked dishwasher valve during the hard freeze last week but I didn't identify the source until Monday when a plumber looked at it. I haven't lived here very long so I was bewildered about the water that was leaking onto my basement floor. Any appliance issues I have go straight to Mark. He assessed the problem over the phone, gave me the price to repair it and arrived the next day with all necessary parts. He's also done work for family members and they all love him. He explains everything clearly and if he doesn't need to actually fix anything, he won't charge you! I wouldn't go anywhere else with my appliance problems! He's the best!

Mark spent 40 minutes checking the ice maker, garbage disposal and dish washer. He cleared something that was blocking the ice making switch and it was fixed. He tried to remove a heavy gauge piece of metal caught in the garbage disposal from a cooking utensil and checked out the dish washer. Although he drove all the way from Northfield and spent a good chunk of time diagnosing problems he did not charge me anything. He has also in the past fixed my fridge and done a great job. Mark is honest and professional and I will be calling him in the future when something else breaks! I highly recommend him!

The technician called and said he might be late due to traffic but he still made it there before I arrived. The technician was polite and very professional I will definitely use his services again if I ever. need an appliance repair. The technician seemed very knowledgeable. Mark was very professional. He checked out the fridge and diagnosed the problem. He suggested how to clean up our hard wood floors and how to get the fridge to keep operating without the repair. He did not push us to repair just made suggestions on what to do next. He did not push any unnecessary expense at all. The visit as advertised was totally free. His advertisement is the real deal.

Mark came out to check our refrigerator when the freezer would intermittently quit and then start up again. He showed up as scheduled; checked our frig and gave us a diagnosis. He didn't charge us a penny for his service and we ended up buying a new refrigerator. I would definitely use him again when needed.

He did not charge for the service call. He only charges for successful repairs. He quickly found the problem with the washer and repaired it.

Mark came to look at my dishwasher which I broke when I tried to fix it. Unfortunately it was not clear what was going wrong so he was not able to repair it. He was able recommend another brand that was more reliable. While he was here he also diagnosed what was wrong with my stove (broken knob) and my freezer (frozen lever). He did all these things and dent charge me a cent because they weren't "repaired". I have had other service people charge me $75 just for walking in the door. Mark didn't- he gave good advice, knew his limitations and diagnosed most of my problems quickly. I plan to have him over to install the replacement dishwasher.

We will definitely use Mark's Appliance in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone needing large appliance repair. He provided us with excellent service!

The problem was a frozen water line to the refrigerator water dispenser, and the suggested to simply defrost the refrigerator soloved the problem.
