Good experience -- and unusual in this day and age!

Mark arrived promptly to view both of the non working washers we had. The one he was completely honest about and told us it was completely shot. The second, newer, one he was able to adjust some hose and fix something with the belt. Mark was very knowledgeable about the new washer, which is one of the high efficiency top loaders. He took the time to explain everything to us and made us feel very comfortable. He also warned us of future common problems we might encounter with those washers. He was also very knowledgeable about the maintenance of these new high efficiency washers. To view both machines and fix the one took all of about 20 minutes. I will definitely keep Mark's number for any future appliance issues and I would also be comfortable calling him just to discuss future appliance purchases as well.

Mark is always professional, clean and courteous. Arrived within an hour of calling on a SUNDAY! Quickly trouble shot the repairs & based on the cost of the repair & units age, suggested replacement. Even went into detail as to which brand & model were my best choice. I've used Mark on many repair & installation jobs & would refer him to anyone. Despite the extensive time he took, he didn't even charge a service call!

It was unsettling to realize that a rather young, 4-yr old gas stove would have a deficient Ignitor, causing delays in reaching the proper heat level to bake. I reviewed the Angie List appliance repair Companies and contacted Mark's Appliance, via email. Mark was very prompt in returning my email, through the Angie's List Message service. Upon calling Mark's Appliance, Mark was able to reach my home in several hours, performing in a courteous and professional manner, allowing me to again use my oven without concern. I definitely would call Mark's Appliance in the future and certainly refer his Service to friends and family.

This is the second time I have used this service. I was very impressed with the responsiveness to my initial call for service and appreciative that they worked around my job schedule to provide the service when it was convenient for both of us. They called ahead to make sure I was home; arrived on time for appointment. They thoroughly explained the problem, had all of the parts in stock (no need to have to "order" a part) and completed the job in less than an hour. I felt the cost of the service and the part was extremely reasonable. Highly impressed with customer service, professionalism and punctuality. Will definitely utilize this service in the future.

Mark responded to email very promptly, called to make an appointment the same day, and showed up on time. The fix was complete in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Mark.

He's good. He would tell you whether it would cost you more to do a repair than to go out an buy a new item. So he's very honest and he didn't try to sell us an expensive item. With our stove, the part was going to cost a lot of money so we bought it online and he installed it. He charged us probably under $100. His price was reasonable.

Called one day - out the next - very knowledgeable about washer " Its an older model, but a good one - better then newer model" even looked at our refrigerator and gave suggestions. I would certainly call him again! best repairman I have used!

Mark, A Great Appliance Guy, came out to install a cooktop for us. He also fixed the electricity to the stove before it burned down the house. He's a keeper!!!

We described the issues we were having with our refrigerator to Mark over the phone. He felt that based on the information we gave him, it was likely that the refrigerator was not worth repairing. He came out the next day anyway so he could look at it and confirm his diagnosis. He recommended that rather than putting the money into repairing the refrigerator, we would better off to purchase a new one. He gave us valuable advice on which brands were better than others based on his experience in repairing them. He charged us nothing and even refused when we offered to pay him for his time and travel. We will gladly call Mark again if we need appliances serviced in the future.

It went even better than expected.He was out on friday and had the part on Monday for us. He was very prompt and polite. He worked around our schedules.I personally would recommend him to anyone.

This was the best case scenario: dishwasher down only 1.5 days. Mark knew the problem, remedied it fast & efficiently.

Absolutely fantastic! After I contacted him he was here in less than 2 hrs. on a Saturday. My fridge was fixed in under 30 min. and the cost was significantly less than Sears. Very pleasant. Will definitely use again!

I called Mark at 9:45 am on May 13th, he returned my call within a half hour. He arrived within the time frame that he said he would be at my house. After looking at the fridge and explaining the problem my husband & I decided not to spend the money. Mark, gave us some suggestions on 3 or 4 manufactors because their quality. He also told use of a few good places to look. I told Mark of an order in my washer and he told me what the problem may be and what to do to fix it. We found Mark very professional, friendly and knowledgable. We would definitely use him again and recommend him. It is also nice that his bussiness is not to far from my house.

Very professional and punctual. No services were performed only because: 1. The fridge started working a few hours before he arrived 2. He suggested to replace the dishwasher since the cost to fix it was going to be high 3. He suggested I should contact the maker of my dryer to see if I could get the part for cheap He didn't push to provide any service I didn't need, and didn't charge for the service call. He spent a good 40 minutes talking and explaining what was wrong with my appliances. Would definitely call again.

Mark was prompt- Came next day afte call - Gave us info on the fridge. Now it works and nature of problem. Very honest and knowledgeable.

We left Mark a message on Sunday and he retuned our phone call promptly saying he had time available on Monday. He called me on Monday and said he could come out between 10-12. He called at 11:30 and said he would be at our house in about 15 minutes. He used a meter to see what was wrong with the dryer and fixed it and had my dryer running in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Mark's Appliance.

Called Mark this morning and he got back to me in a few hours and was able to come out today. He gave me a window of time that he would arrive at and it was as suggested. Within minutes he had the problem diagnosed and he had the parts in his truck. Work was quickly completed and was given a one year guarantee on parts and labor. He talked readily about some of the other appliances I had and gave suggestions to maintain them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Plan on using him when needed again and would recommend highly to my neighbors and friends.

Mark is very punctual and walked me through the entire process. There was no charge due to that face that there was no issue with my washing machine. He however, wrote down the type of washing machine just in case the belt ended up breaking he would have it in stock so that he can come over and fix it.
