Machnicki Construction

I called Joe Machnicki and left a message about having my new drywall taped and sanded. Joe promptly returned my call and we set up a time for an estimate. Joe showed up on time and it was then that I told him that I needed the bedroom ceiling repaired also. He said that it would be no problem to take care of and he would email me a proposal. As it turned out there was an error in email address and Joe called me on the phone. I agreed to have him do the work. This was on Sunday evening and he said he would start work on Tuesday morning. Joe and partner showed promptly at 8am as promised. They were very courteous, professional. They covered the floors and stairs to protect them and sealed the work areas and used fans in the windows to pull dust out and keep it from getting into other areas. Joe kept me informed on progress and what he doing to repair the damaged ceiling. They finished the work in the time he said it would take and cleaned everything up. If you didn't see the new ceiling in the bedroom and newly finished drywall in the upstairs room, you wouldn't even know they were here. Joe is very professional, affordable, and does excellent work. I would have him back to do more work for me and would recommend him to others.

Joe did a excellent job. I would use Joe again because he is reasonably priced and on time.
