A BRAND NEW CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS TO BE INSTALLED. ALTHOUGH THIS COMPANY DID TRY TO BE EXPEDIENT IN THE INSTALLATION, I NEVER RECEIVED THE OWNERS MANUAL FOR MY UNIT. I CALLED MANY, MANY TIMES ABOUT THIS AND DID NOT RECEIVE EITHER A FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL OR THE MANUAL. THE NEW UNIT WILL NOT PULL THE TEMPERATURE DOWN PAST A CERTAIN POINT ON A HOT DAY. THIS HAD NEVER OCCURRED WITH THE OLD UNIT. I ALSO CALLED TO REPORT THIS BUT NEVER RECEIVED A FOLLOW-UP CALL. NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY EVER CAME OUT TO CHECK THE FREON PRESSURE AFTER THE INSTALLATION (I WAS NOT HOME WHEN THE NEW UNIT WAS INSTALLED). I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE LACK OF FOLLOW-UP ON THESE ISSUES. I WILL NOTE THAT PAYMENT WAS MADE TO THEM IN FULL IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE INSTALLATION. PERHAPS THEY DO NOT FEEL OBLIGATED TO FOLLOW-UP BECAUSE OF THIS.
