Excellent. McGuire installed my new Delta faucet. While doing so, we saw the sink was pulled away from the counter and sunk. It was installed 17 years ago. The sticks were worn, the basket was bad, which we didn't know at the time. McGuire called his boss, Mike who came over and along with Mike fixed my sink. Fabulous service and quality.

I would like to thank Jake Searcy & his team from Jackson Confort they were all very polite answered all questions and were very neat & Clean. They were very Professional and they did a great job installing 2 Hot Water Tanks and Removing the Old ones. I was very happy with there service.

I had to replace a leaking toilet. Mine was a "rear discharge". The Plumbing manager looked everywhere for one that was acceptable to me. Never has there been a company that went so far out of their way to make a customer happy! I have been using Jackson Comfort for my heating and air conditioning for 25 years and am now a customer for life in the plumbing department as well!

Great as always. Technician Jacob Cork showed up on time and did an excellent job! He explained the new report card software in use by the company and provided me a rating that will be useful in determining future maintenance/replacement of my A/C system.

Jacob and Phil performed annual maintenance on my furnace today. As always, very happy with the service. Jacob is very knowledgeable. Always able to answer any questions that I have.

The prroject went very well. Jackson Comfort Services, Mike Hudson, has completed Work in my home on another project. He did very well then, as he has done today. Now, domestic hot water is available in the Master Bath within a few seconds rather than 1-1\2 minutes.

Everything went well. The technician Pete was punctual and thorough. He answered questions that I had and was able to replace the ignitor and check out the operation of the furnace. Also, he was able to answer my questions regarding the part warranty and Jackson's Preventative Care program which I signed up for. We have been using this company at least since 2009 and always receive good service.

Central Air is working well. Kudos to Pete who provided excellent service when he came out to perform the startup days after install. He took time with explaining the system, how to use & care for along with answering my questions. Everything went good!

As expected, a blown fuse. With a furnace however I prefer to a professional to check out rather than DIY

Would definitely recommend! We appreciated the "heads-up" with arrival times and photo identification of the technician. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our property and time. They did a fantastic job removing our old unit and setting up the new system.

Jacob and Nathan (trainee) diagnosed what needed to be done in a timely fashion. Measurements were taken. In addition, I had been wanting to install some type of air purifying system on my furnace and Jacob said they had one on the truck and could install it right then and there. We've had Jackson installing and servicing our heating and cooling units going on 37 years and have found them to be top notch. We have never had any issues in all that time because they always strive to make things right. Service technicians are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jackson Comfort has set the bar high in the heating and cooling industry. Thank you, Jackson Comfort for your years of dedicated service! May it continue!

Mike Hudson, Jackson Comfort Services, Plumbing Group, found a way to get the 30 ft. length of pipe through unexpected structural issues. Mike conducted himself in a very professional manner while communicating with me casually as I might be his best friend. What I didn't share with Mike is my professional career over some 40 years as a mechanical designer of HVAC & Plumbing, and as a Project Manager within commercial and institutional facilities. The materials are different for residential projects but, the problems getting from "A to B" are similar. Mike found a way to get the job done. I was really impressed.

As always, I am very pleased with Jackson Heating. Keith was wonderful, as was the technician that was here before Keith was called in. We have not decided which option we will go with, so I am unable to provide a cost. Our home is over a century old, and it is very reassuring to have people know how to navigate the challenges that can bring. My service call cost will be refunded once we decide how we will proceed.

We are incredibly thankful for the continued loyalty of this company. John arrived on time and was neat in appearance. He went down and preformed his work with out complaint about anything. My husband explain to John about noises the furnace was making during start up. The problem was diagnosed and the cost explained. The part was ordered and will be installed on Monday. John did not try to sell us products we don't need.

24 YEAR OLD FURNACE QUIT WORKING.DECIDED TO REPLACE BOTH FURNACE AND AIR CONDITION UNIT.SALES WAS OUT IN NO TIME WITH DIFFERENT OPTIONS AND SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME EXPLAINING EACH.NO HIGH PRESSURE JUST A GOOD REVUE OF EACH OPTION AND WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR OUR HOUSE.EVERY SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED ON TIME,WAS WELL TRAINED,AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS.FROM OFFICE PEOPLE TO SALES TO SERVICE THIS IS A FIRST CLASS COMPANY.

We called the 24 hour service department and were put in touch with a technician immediately. After discussion we decided to set up an appointment for the next day and the technician, Mr. Dale Denly, arrived as expected. He was professional, provided us with information about the problem and our furnace in general, and was able to take care of the problem easily. We are very happy with the work and will continue to use this company and Mr. Denly in the future.
