When we call the main phone number to arrange for a pick-up, we are politely greeted. Our samples are usually picked up anywhere from 1 hour to 12 hours after we call (depending upon the urgency of the delivery). At times, Stat Courier will rearrange their schedule in order to accommodate us.
Description of Work: Stat Courier picks up and delivers our medical samples to the local branch of the medical lab.

We have always had good service with Stat Courier. It helps to use them frequently, as they are familiar with us when we call. They appear willing to go out of their way to accommodate the customer.

I CONTRACT THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER LABORATORY SAMPLES. THEY MAKE AN EFFORT TO PICK UP MY PACKAGES QUICKLY AND TO DELIVER THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY HAVE ''SQUEEZED IN'' DELIVERIES FOR ME ON SHORT NOTICE. THEY HAVE GOOD TRACKING OF THE PACKAGES THAT THEY PICK UP AND THEIR SERVICE IS VERY RELIABLE.
