They were amazing. Their price was very reasonable and they helped us obtain donations for certain faucets and other plumbing materials since we are a non-profit company. I will use them for back flow testing at our house.
Description of Work: Ridge Plumbing Incorporated was the plumbing contractor for our expansion.

I came to know of them through Angie’s List, and they have always been really good. They had done some work inside the house when I had an accident with the gasoline. Since they are DOT certified they were able to replace the gasoline through the sidewalk.
Description of Work: I had used Ridge Plumbing in 2005 for a gas leak repair.

THIS IS THE FOURTH (AND FINAL) TIME I USED THIS PLUMBER. ONLY OTHER PROBLEM WAS WITH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT BECAUSE OF HER LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. I FEEL I GOT RAPED BY THE RATE FOR A 45 MINUTE JOB I PAID THE BILL IN FULL (RELUCTANTLY)
Description of Work: HAD A SERVICE PERSON SNAKE OUR KITCHEN DRAIN. CAME AT 10:00AM LEFT 10:45AM. COST $224.00 I QUESTIONED THE BILL AFTER IT CAME IN THE MAIL 3 DAYS AFTER THE SERVICE CALL. THE OWNER JOHN TOLD ME BECAUSE IT WAS A SATURDAY SERVICE CALL IT WAS $75.00 ON TOP OF THE $36.50 REGULAR SERVICE CHARGE. THE SNAKE DRAIN CLEANING TOOK APROX 35 MINUTES. NO NEW PLUMBING PARTS
