Norm, the owner, was unorganized and didn't return phone calls. Lou, the foreman, was just as bad. I had to call to remind them when to order items to keep the project on schedule! The men who came to work on the project were also unorganized and at times had no idea what they were doing. After the job was completed, we had to hire someone else to fix all the problems they caused! Norm is an unscrupulous business owner!

THIS COMPANY WAS MESSY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRIVED TO DO THE ROOF WORK ON A DAY IT WAS RAINING. DURING THE WORK THEY PLAYED LOUD AND OFFENSIVE MUSIC. A CREW MEMBER WAS SMOKING ON MY PROPERTY AND DROPPING BUTTS. THEY COULD NOT TEAR OFF THE ROOF SO THEY TALKED ME INTO JUST PUTTING WOOD OVER THE OLD ROOF. THE MATERIALS USED WERE NOT CORRECT I RECEIVED A TAR ROOF WHEN I SHOULD HAVE GOT A RUBBER ROOF, THE WOOD USED FOR THE ROOF WAS THE WRONG TYPE. I ALSO HAD NUMEROUS DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY. THE COMPANY OWNER WAS UNRESPONSIVE TO ANY OF MY REQUEST. THE WORK THEY HAD DONE CREATED A POCKET FOR ANTS.

NORM AND LOU CAME ACROSS AS VERY NICE AND ACCOMODATING, BUT THEY JUST CONTINUE TO BLOW US OFF. THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING AND THEY TRY TO BLAME US INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR POOR PLANNING AND LACK OF CONTROL. WE ARE AT THEIR MERCY AND THEY KNOW IT.
