Description of Work: Pay 300/mo in association fees. Sent picture of rotten board on my townhouse to Rrenner asking if a repair would be made. Six weeks later nothing has been done and i have had to continually initiate communications. I assume nothing will be done if i do not press the issue. Even if nothing will be done at least acknowledge the email has been received. I have worked with other property management companies professionally and this one does not impress me.

Description of Work: Renner management took a long time to reply the problem was noted in June and they did not respond until months later. When they responded it did go well, but the response took a long time and multiple calls and contacts.
