hey come out once a year to make sure that the system is running properly, change batteries and things like that but as soon as there's a problem, they are on the phone calling me. Its a free service, part of a maintenance program. They are very prompt.
Description of Work: We used Protection 1. We've had them for 20 years. They do just alarm systems. We have a smoke, fire, police, entry and sump pump.
