The crew was very good. I ranked down on professionalism because they offered to do the job without sales tax if I were to pay cash. I indicated that I knew this was a taxable service and that I did not wish to circumvent the law personally, nor did I want to facilitate that for others. This is NOT a crew problem. I strongly feel that they have been instructed to put this forward and it left a bad taste in my mouth despite an otherwise very good experience. I hope management stops this game playing as I saw another member mention the same situation. I strongly considered giving an overall rating of B based on this behavior.

They did a great job and were fast. We have 4 cats and there were lots of stains on the cream color which they got out. I will use them again for sure.

Tough stains were removed, furniture treated with respect, a good experience.

They removed the area rugs from my home and cleaned them and when they returned they also cleaned the wall to wall carpet in my home. I was a little bothered because when they took the area rugs they told me they would give me a call when they were finished. About 2 weeks went by and I did not hear from them, when I called them they said they were waiting for the rugs to dry. I found it hard it to believe that the rugs would take that long to dry. The other thing that bothers me, is that they offered for me to pay them in cash and they would not charge the tax, They told me that they would still be paying the tax just that I would not have to pay it. I told them I would be more comfortable to just pay the regular amount including tax. They do very good work, and have a great price.

We had Pro Clean Carpet come out to clean the entire carpet area of a condo we recently purchased. The existing carpet was really dirty and had some stains on it. Pro Clean did a SUPER JOB! The carpet looks brand new! They were even able to get the stains out. The workers were freindly and very courtious. I will be sure to use them again and recommend them to other people. Thanks!

They were very responsive and communicated well. Two workers showed up on time and did the work thoroughly. We had to have them come back a few days later to touch up a small problem that was created when we moved a chair back in the room, apparently too soon, but the problem was solved with no additional cost.

They sent one person by himself. That meant that he couldn't move the furniture that could have been moved if they had sent more. Later I found spots under the carpet. I wasn't that satisfied. I just went and had the carpet replaced.

I chose this company after reading many reports on Angie's Llist. This was my first experience having carpets cleaned and I trusted the members of angie's list to steer me toward the right company. The owner (Ron) answered the phone on the first call. He was able to get me on the schedule in the time frame I needed (the day before a party the following week). He quoted me a price and the actual price was nearly the same at the time of service. I added an extra set of carpet and the price was very fair. The employee that showed up was very friendly and professional. He talked to me about the process and how the carpets would need extra time to dry. He also did an excellent job on the couch that was stinky from dog smell. He was nice to my animals and very efficient. I was able to use the Angie's List coupon on the order I placed to save even more money.

They were great - got here same day, inexpensive, carpet looks amazing.

They did a great job. Ron came out to do the quote on a Saturday. They had a great price compared to other quotes, so, given their great ratings on Angie's List, we went with ProClean. We had them come out 2 times, once to do the second floor, then back to do the rest of the house. They called in the morning and arrived as specified. The cleaners were friendly and worked efficiently.

I called and spoke to someone in the evening. She was able to give me price over the phone and scheduled me for the exact time/date that I requested. They showed up exactly on time. There are a couple of light spots still on the carpet, but it may be due to the carpet being several years old. The worst of the spots are gone! And it had been a couple years since I had the carpets professionally cleaned. I only wish I had thought to have them clean a sofa! Another place I called needed to come out to give me an estimate and then return. With my work schedule, two times was too much to schedule.

They did a good job and were willing to pass on advice how I can clean a sectional that I had. I also had a stain on a couch that I couldn't get out and they were able to remove the stain with their cleaning products. I will use this company again in the future.

I called the office and they set up an appointment for Ron Germana to come and give me a quote on cleaning 2 bedrooms, a hall and steps. I also asked for a quote to stretch some areas. (The price to stretch a small landing, hallway and one bedroom was $185.) I wanted the work completed within the week, so they also made an appointment for the work to be done early the next week. Ron came and gave me a quote for about $160. Since the carpets were in fairly bad shape, I asked Ron if it was worth cleaning them. He was very honest and said that we might be better off purchasing new carpet for one of the bedrooms, the hall and steps. So we just had the one bedroom cleaned. He and the cleaning folks came right on time, called when they said they would, and did a great job. They got almost all the stains out. They were very professional and fast. And they didn't use an overabundance of water. When I've had the carpets cleaned previously, the carpeting took almost 2 days too dry. The carpets they did were dry in about 6-8 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

They came out in the morning and called ahead of time to let me know when they would be out. They did a very good job of cleaning the carpet. I think the minimum charge is $65.

Awesome! Ron ANSWERED THE PHONE, which was amazing, and he was very informative and friendly. He scheduled us right when we wanted them to come, and they were prompt, thorough, and professional. They did a great job removing some very stubborn pet urine odors. (Now, if only my dogs would stop having accidents...!)

I called on a Thursday, they were able to get someone out the following Monday. I got an estimated arrival time from the office for 3-5 Monday morning. About 15 minutes after that call, the actual cleaner called me and stated they could be running later than 5pm. I appreciated the heads up. They performed the work as expected and the results were fantastic. They moved both sofa and love seat and ensured the entire carpetted area was cleaned. They also placed furniture protectors under the items. Prior to leaving they gave me an estimate of 6-8 hours before walking on the rug. It was dry within that time frame. I'm very pleased with the results and woulrd recommend them to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning.

The men arrived during the time window I was given. They called on their way to our destination. They were very polite, completed the cleaning and protection as instructed and did a very good job. Some spots we had were cleaned and the spots disappeared. As members of Angie's list we received a 10% reduction.

I scheduled an apptmt with Ron, the owner. He came to our house, on time, to access the carpet. He walked through the house where I showed him the problem areas. He saw some other areas that I didn't see, which was great. Before he left, he provided me with an estimate and was very flexible about working with my schedule (he was able to work on Saturday). On the day when the work was to that place, Ron was punctual and immediately went to work. He had a helper come too. When I asked, he was good enough to give me a short tutorial on stretching carpet. Ron and Angel finished the job in 2+ hours. The carpet looks fantastic. We will definitely go to him with other carpet needs in the future and recommend him to all. Thank you very much Ron!

After moving out a tenant, the carpet needed to be cleaned. It is a natural beige color, so dirt and soiled areas show clearly. It was dirty, but not disgusting. There were several spots that I had doubts about, though. The company was quick with their service and very effective. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the final product was. I took a while to do this review, but it's getting done now because I pulled out their receipt because I intend to call them again to clean after our most recent vacancies.

The man that did the work was very nice but the results weren't what I expected. That could be because the carpet was too soiled, not necessarily due to his quality of work. His price was fair and he told me exactly what he was doing and his clean up was good.

Appt. scheduled for Saturday work, arrived on time, explained what would be done along with payment options. Job was done by 1130 AM, gave advice on carpet maintenance.
