It was very good; it was excellent. The carpet is very clean and it looks new. It dried very quickly and they didn't soak up the carpet. They do a very clean and thorough job without wetting it down very heavily where it is sopping. They do a very good job.

The tech was absolutely on time, polite, and took great care not to damage our door frames, wood work, or hardwood floors with his hose, snowy boots, or chemicals used to spray on the fabric. He followed the sofa fabric directions exactly regarding recommended cleaning techniques but was not optimistic re the removal of red wine stains. When we realized the severity of the damage we were more than willing to sign any waiver re alternate cleaning methods that might possibly remove the stain. He was very knowledgeable about the different cleaning methods and which type of stains were responsive to which methods. We appreciated his professionalism and dedication to doing his best to try to find a way to remove the stain. After trying absolutely everything in his bag of tricks we reluctantly realized that the stain was permanent, though faded. The outcome was not a good one though we are thoroughly convinced that if anybody could get the stain out, Pro-Clean could!

I spent $185 on that work. They were neat, quiet, and professional. They lifted my furniture for me and that was a big help. The carpets are nice and fluffy now. I would tell other members that they did a good job.

We have two cats and had some stains from "accidents". After checking out carpet cleaners in our area we selected Pro Clean Carpet based upon reviews by other customers of theirs that responded to Angie's List. Pro Clean came out right on schedule, pretreated the stains with an enzyme and steam cleaned the carpet. The technician told us that he may not be able to get rid of all of the stain because they had been there for awhile but after cleaning we have to say that the overall condition was greatly improved. Our sectional sofa came out very nice as well. We definitely will call Pro Clean again.

Pro-Clean did a fantastic job cleaning our off-white carpet. It looks new and I believe that the carpet may be about 10 years old. It had been 6 years since we had had it professionally cleaned and it looks better now than when we first moved in 6 years ago. I highly recommend them.

I was called in the morning and told they would be there between 11 and 1. Arrived about 11:30. Were efficient and thorough. Did a very nice job. offered to move back one of the chairs I had removed from the living room and put on blocks to make it easier to get around my kitchen where I had stored it for cleaning. Our living room is our main "living space." The carpet had not been cleaned for some time and we attemped to clean it ourselves with a rented machine. After a few passes over the high traffic area, the carpet still did not look clean. I called Ron and he sent Dan out within hours of my call. Dan did a fantastic job! He explained everything that he had done, and put in extra effort to get out the stubborn stains. I highly recommend Pro-Clean Carpet. And "Thank You" Ron And Dan!

See above. They got the job done very quickly and efficiently. Everything was done well. They did explain that they didn't have a vaccum with them so I had to clean up the carpet remnants (strings) after they left. Overall, we were very pleased with the work!

I called to have them pick up and clean,enzyme treat and Scotchguard a very dirty wool area rug that had a bad odor, like dog. The rug was returned to me still dusty & gritty, and with the bad dog odor. When I spoke to the technician who had cleaned it, he told me that he had cleaned it, and that even if he cleaned it several more times, it wouldn't make a difference. I contacted Ron, the owner, who told me they would pick it up and clean it to my satisfaction. It was returned to me, free of dust and grit. Ron called me to make sure I was satisfied. I gave them a C for punctuality because they called me and said they would deliver it Tuesday. But Tuesday afternoon I called them because I hadn't heard from them, and they said they had gotten busy and would deliver it Wednesday.

I had already booked Sears to come out and clean my carpets prior to me joining Angies List. The day I joined, I searched for someone local to perform the same job. I came across Pro Clean after viewing member comments and the location of the business. I contacted them by phone and spoke to Ron, explained the job and booked with him during our converstaion. I have a Hoover home Steam Vac unit that I had used as well as a Rug doctor unit which left me with undesired results. Chris, Pro Cleans Carpet Tech arrived at my house and reviewed the job. I pointed out the areas of my concern and left things in his hands. He got busy pre-spraying the entire carpet area to be cleaned and My Brother-in-Law and I assisted with furniture moving. Chris worked all the areas in question and paid special attention to the traffic areas. He accepted the coupon I had printed out through Angies List website (10% off ) on left. I knew through experience that sometimes a few stains that had made it into the padding would bleed back through and I noticed this happened in a few spots. I contacted Pro Clean by phone regarding this issue and they scheduled a follow up appointment pronto. Once again the carpet tech was Chris and he worked the 4 areas in question. He was in and out in no time and the spots were gone. After this experience with Pro Clean I know that I will be using their services again in the future. I plan on trying a twice a year carpet cleaning using their services.

The owner took the time to answer all my questions on the phone and I set up an appointment for 1 week later (my choice). The men that arrived were both professional and friendly, and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. I felt comfortable with them in my home. The carpets are about 15 years old and had not been professionally cleaned in a long time. We have dogs and kids so the carpet was very dirty. Pro-Clean did a wonderful job! The carpets look great and they even went beyond and cleaned a couple area rugs that I had! The repair work turned out good, too. They explained a reason why I might need to have them come back to correct one thing, at no charge, but that is because of the nature of the problem, not their work. I'm very satisfied with my choice.

We have a dog and two cats and it's very important to us to make sure our house is clean and odor free. Fred came out with another crew member and did an excellent job! They were right on time and very thorough. The carpets looked great and it didn't take long for them to dry. The carpets were completely dry by the next morning. We will definitely hire them again.

We moved out of our house and had them come in to clean the carpets before we left. Scheduling was flexible, two guys showed up on time and steamed the carpets of an empty house. Good enough.

Pro-Clean was very punctual and responsive. I called them on a Friday and they were able to come out on the following Monday. They arrived within the timeline I was given. They explained what they would be using, the temperature of the water etc. They were very knowledgeable about my carpets. They also set my dining room table up on small foam squares to help the area dry better. I was pleased with their work and would hire them again.

The gentlemen called me to let me know they were on their way and the approximate arrival time. They arrived right on time, in the time frame that I was told they would be there. They were courteous and friendly and efficient in perfoming the services requested. When I initially called Pro-Clean, I spoke to the very friendly and helpful receptionist who was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. I would definitely recommend Pro-Clean to others and would certainly use them again.

The crew arrived a bit late but called--they were on a street of the same name but in a different part of the city which has happened with other service providers. Once they arrived they went straight to work and fully met all my expectations.

They were outstanding! They were a little late but the boss called. Once they did get here they were very good. They were very fast and efficient! They gave me 10% off for being an Angie's List member. They got out all stains that they were able. They sprayed areas with a presoaker. They went over certain areas that I pointed out twice. The receptionist was very polite and mannerly when I called.

Quick response for scheduling an estimate. Work completed in less than a week of first meeting. Everything was explained by both Ron and his crew. On the day of cleaning, great care was taken to move and protect furniture during the cleaning and drying process. At the end of the job, my carpets looked brand new. My kitchen floor (ceramic tile) now looks like new. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY! I will recommend to all. In fact, I am having them come back to do the basement on Saturday. The gentlemen performing our cleaning were late, but only because the stop before ours had added rooms. The cleaning itself took only about 30 minutes. They were courteous and vacuumed the path to our guest room down the stairs in case they had tracked dust or dirt in. I would definitely use them again.
