Description of Work: I had Ron stretch and clean carpet in 4 rooms. I had called several companies who advertised that they did cleaning as well as stretching, but when calling, I was told that they did not stretch carpets. Pro-Clean Carpet did. Ron came the next day to give me an estimate. The carpets are 11 years old and they are beat. Ron said he would do they best they could. I agreed to have him come back to the work, telling myself that if they didn't look better after they were done, I would then decide to replace them. He and two other gentlemen came one week later (worked around my schedule) and performed the work. The carpets look almost brand new and all the bumps and rolls that had occurred over the years had been stretched and repaired. There are still a couple of faint spots where our kitty had left us gifts (we're switching to a dye-free cat food) but unless you know they're there, they would go unnoticed. No need to replace the carpets now. These carpets look really good.
