When he arrived to do the work, and assessed what it would take to re-stretch and repair one area of carpeting. His final estimate was actually lower than what he'd speculated on the phone. He quickly set about repairing the buckled area of carpeting, and then followed with a quick but thorough cleaning job. The carpet looked (and smelled) much better after he was here, and he was very professional about the whole thing. Very clean, and willing to do what needed to be done (I was unable to move all of the furniture that needed it myself, and he willingly followed through.)

The technicians were on time and polite. They completed the job in a few hours as they had estimated. It was unclear if we really received the Angies List discount, as I mentioned it after the work was done. They did a very good job cleaning up afterwards.

I was told I didnt need to move any furniture b/c they would do it. Two men arrived and were in and out of my house in 15 minutes. When I checked their work, I realized they did not move any furniture and didnt even clean under the bed. I found this company on Angies List and had a coupon, but I will not use them again. I was very dissatisfied.

After cleaning was completed there were still a couple spots on furniture and carpet. The company came back out the next business day and took care of our concerns.

They were on time and did a great job. I thought they would move all the furniture but they only moved a few things. I would use them again.

These guys were competent and fast. The carpets had not been cleaned professionally for several years, but they left them looking wonderful.

They were responsive and did a good job.

They did a thorough job and got a number of stains out of white carpet. The price was reasonable.

Still a faint dirt trail down the hall. Damaged paint in two rooms (corners). Did not move couches, end table, dining table, empty book cases (which we took great pains to empty, as we were assured that if we did, theyd be moved and cleaned under), filing cabinets, cedar chest, dressers, desk, bed, or cat climing tower. Only one worker--very friendly and polite--so it may have been difficult to move some of the furniture alone, but we would have assisted with moving the furniture. He was prompt, and they called when they were en route. Fast service--it only took him 45 minutes to clean the rugs, and another 1/2 hour to do the Scotch-guarding. Carol was very friendly and helpful on the phone. Very prompt service.

Excellent service - stains removed that I thought could not be removed. Dan and Mike very polite and explained all aspects of the service. Called ahead of arrival to see if ready. Arrived on time; accomplished work quickly and efficiently. Carol in the office was very courteous and helpful.

They did a good job cleaning my sectional but I did not like how their plastic tube was scratching up my wood floor because they had to run the tube from their truck to my family room. The actual work performed was good but they charged me $118 for about 40 minutes of work. Seemed a bit high priced to me but Ive never had this done before.

I had to get the job done early, and they were nice enough to fit me first on their list. They were very conscientious and thorough, as well as polite. They were very accommodating, and the carpet looks brand new. They also explained what they were doing as they went along. They spot treated certain areas without even asking.

Very polite and helpful on the telephone. Timely and completed job as expected.

It took about 40 minutes and both people were very friendly and helpful.

I have not had the stairs cleaned in several years and they were very dirty. The two young men who cleaned the stairs and area rug did an excellent job. They arrived on time and did a careful job. The front stairs are light colored and they had to go over them twice to get them clean. And the area rug looks a 1000% better. I would definitely use Pro-Clean again. There was also a 10% discount for finding them on Angie's List.

Prompt and excellent job. Advised that worst ripples in carpet would continue to smooth out and they did. Also repaired an entryway metal trim. Offered a senior discount on the spot.

AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY NOT ONLY WERE ON TIME BUT WERE A FEW MINUTES EARLY. THEY CALLED TO GIVE US A TIME ESTIMATE IN THE MORNING, AS PROMISED WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. THEY FINISHED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, AS PROMISED. THE ONLY PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS AN END TABLE WITH A LAMP ON IT. THE TECHNICIAN OFFERED AND WENT OUT TO HIS TRUCK AND GOT US 4 PIECES OF HEAVY WHITE SQUARES TO PUT UNDER THE TABLE LEGS. HE TOLD US THIS WAS TO PREVENT THE COLOR OF THE FURNITURE FROM BLEEDING INTO THE WET RUG. ALSO, WHEN I TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE THE CARPET WAS BERBER THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ABOUT $20.00 MORE. HOWEVER, IN THE END THEY ONLY CHARGED US THE REGULAR, NON-BERBER PRICE. THEY ALSO HONORED OUR ANGIES LIST 10% OFF COUPON WHICH HAD EXPIRED ONE DAY BEFORE THE CLEANING TOOK PLACE.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY! WHEN WE CALLED TO RESERVE A CLEANING APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE KIND AND COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE. THE GENTLEMAN WHO CLEANED THE CARPET WAS ON TIME, POLITE, INFORMATIVE AND FRIENDLY...WHAT MORE CAN I ASK FOR! WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OTHERS TO CALL THEM, AND WE WILL BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE RUG WAS VERY LARGE, THEY HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING IT IN THE HOUSE, BUT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND GOT IT UPSTAIRS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING THE PROCESS THEY USED TO CLEAN THE RUG.

WORKERS WERE EARLY AND ANXIOUS TO GET GOING. WORK WAS DONE IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. FURNITURE WAS NOT MOVED. CRUCIAL SPOTS WERE NOT TOUCHED. COMPANY SAID PET ENZYMES AND TEFLON COATINGS WERE APPLIED WITH THE CLEANER, BUT IT DIDN'T SEEM SO.

THEY CALLED, AS PROMISED, IN THE AM TO SET UP APPT. KEN ARRIVED BETWEEN THE HOURS RON SAID HE WOULD. KEN CLEANED ALL AREAS AND MOVED ONE OF THE TWO PIECES OF FURNITURE I REQUESTED. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I ASKED. I MENTIONED THAT THE LIVING ROOM HAD SOME VERY BAD SPOTS IN THE CARPETING AND HE PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT. THE SPOTS HAVE FADED, BUT THEY DID NOT COME OUT; DISAPPOINTING. HE DID HONOR THE ANGIE'S LIST 10% DISCOUNT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE.

PRO-CLEAN WAS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND COURTEOUS. THE PRICE THEY CHARGED ME WAS LOWER THAN THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED BECAUSE MY LIVING ROOM IS SMALL. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES CLEAN MY CARPETS OVER THE YEARS AND THIS WAS MY BEST EXPERIENCE.
