The gentleman seemed very nice. I was going to give him the job. He would not return my phone calls. It's been almost a week now.

They worked really hard to get the stains out.

I called Pro Clean at 10:00 at night thinking I would leave a message, and Ron picked up!?!? He was very kind and scheduled me for an appointment that week. They call you the morning of to let you know what time they will be coming, and the 2 cleaners showed up a little early, which I loved. Upon arrival, they gave me an estimate to clean my area rugs as well - it was extremely reasonable, but I said no only because we decided to replace all of them instead. Jim and his coworker were very efficient and polite, and the whole process was painless and quick. My carpets look better now than when I moved in, and I would definitely use them again. I am not satisfied with their work. My carpets are not as clean as they should be. When I ask them about it they said, it was because we had plastic on the carpet. I would not use them again.

It went well overall. They came on time when they said they would. They were very professional and polite. They were sure to be respectful and take care of our house.

They came on time and their prices were reasonable. I found dog hair from the previous tenants on the base boards. The house was completely emptied out so they didn't have to move anything and there were several areas that weren't cleaned properly.

I contacted Pro-Clean to clean the carpet in the family room since there had been a small water leak that stained the carpeting and it was also dirty from everyday use. When I spoke with them I expected that they would not be able to clean the carpet for a couple of days, instead they were able to come to the house within the hour. The employee was polite and professional, completing the cleaning in a timely manner. When my wife and I looked over the carpeting after it had dried we saw that there were a number of places that still showed either dirt or staining. I contacted Pro-Clean and was advised that they could come out the next day to take care of the problem. Two employees came out the following day, spot treated the problem areas and then re-cleaned the carpeting once again. My wife and I were satisfied with the way the carpet came out after the second cleaning. We appreciated the way that the problem we had was handled by the company.

Ron responded by phone within a couple of hours of leaving a message on a Saturday. He came out to provide an estimate on Monday and was able to schedule the work for that Thursday. (Ron was able to work with us to get the work completed before Easter.) Ron brought 2 additional workers on Thursday and the work was completed within a couple of hours. The problem had been caused when the carpeting was poorly installed @4 years ago by a company that is no longer in business. The carpeting was buckling for some time before we made arrangements so we weren't sure how the carpet would respond. The results look great. The carpet looks almost new and the worst spot that was buckled is barely visible (no buckling).

The Pro Clean staff was very accommodating to our schedule with regard to setting up the appointment. Fred called at about 8:30am to let us know he would arrive between 11am-1pm. This allowed us time to move the furniture out of the family room ahead of his arrival. Fred arrived around 11:30am and was concerned about dragging snow through the house, I got some spare carpets but explained that there was not much he could do on such a crappy day. Fred worked for about 30 minutes and removed all the stains that I pointed out and was on his way.

They were able to come on Saturday of the same week in which I called (another company only would schedule on a weekday morning). They called ahead to say they were coming and were on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were able to get the carpets cleaner than we had anticipated.

They were very nice and pleasant. I have used them before. They did a nice job, and I got a discount for being an Angie's List member.

Arrived on time. Worked steadily. Did his best with some fairly old and well-used carpets. Professional and personable.

Obviously I am an Angie's List member as he saw my report and he still did not take off the coupon. He also mentioned that I tipped his crew "for a job well done" and this is not true and what he did not mention (and he knows this as I told him so the day of service) is that I did so was because his representative said that was the only way he would lower the price. I felt completely hopeless and taken advantage of as he cleaned 2 rooms upstairs (before giving me a price that I asked for 4 times) and he then said I could just pay for those 2 rooms (he never said they would be free, he said I would have to pay for those 2 rooms and then the estimate would be close to what he quoted me). He then stopped and said he would work me a deal if I tipped him very well. I explained all this to the owner the day of service and he choice to not include that in his response.

Dan and his team arrived on the morning after Christmas on time despite the typically nasty lake effect weather. We recently purchased the home @ a sheriff sale so the 2,000 sq. ft. of carpet were far below showroom quality. Of course, every inch of carpet had been deeply stained with 30 or 40 pet spots (never treated), rust, and only the previous owners know what else. Otherwise, the house smelled like an old sweaty gym sneaker. Dan gave us our estimate upfront and pre-treated everything he could be starting the effort. He told us even with the best attempts we would never remove all the stains. While we had low expectations for success, Dan's efforts rendered the carpet serviceable until we can replace sections over the next few months. He cleaned up after the work and provided us with care instructions and a detailed bill. We will hire them again, hopefully for a carpet that doesn't resemble one used in a public bathroom.

They were perfect. Their prices were good. They were excellent. Very professional. They are also pretty honest. They found my credit card on the floor and gave it to me. I would hire them again in the future.

They cleaned out stuff that the previous carpet cleaner could not get out.

They arrived on time. While walking them through the house, they kept telling me what furniture they weren't going to move. For example, they wouldn't move the computer desk because of the electronics or the bed because it was too heavy. I ended up taking apart my computer so that the rug could be cleaned. I'd never had to do that in the past. I had to stay with them the entire time to make sure everything got moved, but they still were concerned about putting dressers, etc on the little blocks. They did not move the bed because it was too heavy for the blocks and they were concerned about the bed staining the carpet. They were able to clean under it, although I don't feel they could have done a very good job doing it that way. They weren't going to move the piano, but I insisted. The carpets dried by the end of the day and I feel like they are clean. I had them take an area rug to be cleaned. They were polite & worked hard, I just didn't like them telling me they wouldn't move things.

Excellent! The carpets looked fantastic and dried quickly. The rep was on time and worked quickly.

They did a good job under difficult working conditions (many twisting stairways). There were a few scrapes on walls and doorways which were easily touched up with paint upon completion. One note: they sent two workers, one of whom wore shoe covers while the other walked on the wet rugs in his outside shoes, which did not seem logical. Fortunately this did not result in much if any visible footprints, but it did concern me at the time.

Ron first measured the rooms and gave an estimate, asking me if I wanted to continue with the work. I had been thinking about having some of the carpeting restretched, and when I asked Ron's opinion, he thought it wouldn't be worth the money to do it with the 23 year old carpets. I appreciated his honest opinion about that. I did select to proceed with the cleaning, and the carpeting looks much cleaner, especially considering it hadn't been cleaned in 23 years. While I will consider new carpeting in a year or so in some of the rooms, it looks much better in the meantime. The two men worked very hard, moving much more of the furniture than I had expected. I think the price was very reasonable. The cost includes a 10% Angie's list discount.
