I have used this company many times. As always my carpets look great. They are courteous, professional and do a great job.

The company came and gave an estimate and then a date was set for the service. The two men who did the work called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were very polite and professional. They did an extremely good job and my carpeting looks brand new. They moved the heavy furniture for us and put it back in place. I had been putting off having the carpet stretched because I assumed it would be very expensive but the price was beyond fair and the end result is amazing! I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them in the future if necessary. Great job!

The carpeting is fairly new but was spotted. The workers arrived on time, went right to work, were professional and were able to remove the spots. I would use them again.

They always do a wonderful job and treat me so well. I would recommend them to everyone. As an elderly woman, I feel safe with them in my home and that is important.

It went so well that I will never ask another company to clean my carpeting, and we've had experience with several different companies. They were on time, professional and left my carpets looking better than they ever have. Old spots disappeared and whatever cleaner was used left a very pleasant, clean odor. This company is aptly named!

That was great. They came out and got the stuff done. They were professional, on time and got the work done. They were better than expected and there were some pretty big stains on the carpet that they were able to to fix.

These guys are great'. Owner came out to give estimate, which they honored even though a couple of months had passed before work was done. We're able to remove all child- and animal-related stains from ivory carpet. Looked like new!

Most of what they did doesn't look any better and one of the chairs actually looks dirtier then before they "cleaned" it. Update: After I wrote this review, the company contacted me and came back out to my home. They re-cleaned the upholstery and did a nice job this time. I will use them again.

They were professional and prompt but unable to get out the stain we had hoped they could. They tried. Have nothing bad to say about them and maybe nobody could get the stain out. Don't know.

It went very smoothly. They arrived on time and did a quick and thorough job.

We just moved into our home and our furniture hadn't arrived yet so a perfect time to repair the carpet badly in need of a good stretch and a cleaning as well as doing the air ducts. These guys were great! I have used the big companies before for carpet cleaning and almost did again but Ron and his staff showed up on time and did a great job. My wife and I have twin 2yr olds who were due for naps when they arrived. They were kind enough to work around their rooms, to include shuffling kids between rooms, quietly of course, to enable the naps and cleaning to happen simultaneously. The price was cheaper than I anticipated for all three services. I highly recommend them for your house hold maintenance needs. Ron even took care of our dryer vent at no charge. I have no doubt that I save several hundred dollars vice "peace mealing" the services from other providers.

Please see the description above. This company delivered service well above and beyond my expectations, with the best prices in the area (literally more than 30% less than the competition)! In addition they were prompt and kept me informed of their exact arrival times both for the pick up and delivery. I strongly recommend them. The rug was cleaned well, unfortunately with a couple of small stains that could not be removed but this would have been the case regardless of which company cleaned it. I was blown away, however, by their moving, disassembling the furniture, taping the two pieces of the new rug pad together, placing the rug pad, and the rug carefully and perfectly (at no extra charge), and reassembling and replacing the furniture.

Excellent service. Polite workers. Called and asked if they could come early. Very courteous. Done in about 45 minutes.

. I feel totally douped!! When I called the company they were responsive and got me scheduled as soon as I was free. When I hire a contractor for a service it is because I have a problem that I need help with. I told the person I spoke with on the phone that I am an Angies's List member, I have a coupon , I have pets and I need my carpets cleaned in that order . She ask me if I wanted the pet enzyme, I said yes and she quoted me a price. She told me I would need to show my coupon to the techs when they arrived to use it. The techs called ahead, arrived on time and I handed them the coupon as I had been instructed to. The problems began at this moment. The tech that was clearly in charge was very nice and professional. However he came up with a totally different figure. I tried to understand where her got his numbers but it just did not make sense so I called the company and spoke to Ann who got it straighten out.. I do not believe they were here an hour when the lead tech tells me they were finish. That is when I knew I had been had! Yes the carpet smelled different but the 4 inched circle spot of dog vomit that I had showed them when they arrived was still yellow on my dark blue carpet. This was a 6 day old stain. The other stains were still present. I knew my carpet would not look like the day it was installed but this was totally a clear rip off carpet cleaning job. I ask them about the stains that I had pointed out to them when they first arrived and they said there was nothing they could do about them. I ask them what did they do. The carpet was wet but I saw absolutely no improvement in the appearance of my carpets. The quality of is work was worst than poor. I will not hire them again. I am so disappointed! This was the only day I had to get this done before my out of town guest arrive for a visit. I gave them an over all F because what I hired them to do was not done.

It went very well: I will call them to clean my drapes in the fall.

They were prompt and performed the cleaning in a professional manner for the price quoted on the phone. We were happy with the results and would use them again.

I couldn't have been happier. The guys were professional and attentive to everything from the stains to being careful with the hose and the trim. I was very impressed with their work and would definately use the company in the furture.

I called Pro-Clean out to look at the carpet in a rental house that we have, as they cleaned the same carpet a few years ago, and we were happy with their services. Ron, the owner came over and looked at what the job entailed. He was frank with me and told me that he didn't know if they could save the carpet because it was so bad - dirty and matted down, with multiple spill stains. I decided to take a chance, and I am glad that I did. The 2 guys that came out put what I thought was extra effort into cleaning the bad areas, and the carpet turned out looking better than I thought it would. I highly recommend Pro-Clean, and will certainly call them again.
