BEWARE!! RUDE AND UNRESPONSIVE! GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR WORK! Absolutely abysmal customer service. Nothing but broken promises, lack of responses to emails. Josh & Ethan both made promises about getting information and estimates, both completely failed in that department. After lack of responses from Ethan, Josh called me on a Friday and personally assured me that he would submit a zoning request to the city and call me the following week with the update. 3 weeks go by and no response. Then when I call them out on it, he sends me rude text messages and tells me I'm expecting to be "coddled". This is after almost 6 weeks of me trying to get some sort of answer and estimate!! I have emails and text messages to prove all of this.
