My husband and I are very pleased with the landscaping we received from Precision Corporation. Jen was wonderful to deal with and all the workers were very kind and efficient. Our landscaping was put in last Fall and there were a couple of plants that didn’t make it through the winter. Precision stood behind all their work and replaced all those plants. They went over and above by remulching and making my back yard beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

I've tried calling this company several times and even sent a email through their website. Someone recommend me to them and they refuse to call me. I wanted someone to come out to give me a quote on a project for my backyard

A tech named Al came out and he was fantastic, an A+. Came on time, put on booties in the house and worked hard and efficiently on the job. Excellent customer service guy. I had a couple sprinkler heads that I thought needed to be replaced but it turned out that they just needed new caps. He could have taken me for a ride on that to inflate the bill but was honest which I appreciated. Very fair price, $112.50 for a good amount of time and work. Wish everything went this smoothly. Highly recommended.

I had to wait several weeks to obtain an estimate but it was well worth waiting. Precision provided the necessary materials, city permit and labor required. Foreman Justin and his associate Donnie worked extremely well together and had my fence installed by the end of the day. The outcome was absolutely pleasing. I chose Precision over six other companies and I feel I made the best choice. I highly recommend Precision, along with the two impressive installers.

Destroyed are Fence and property , rude workers , cussing in a foreign tongue at us , laughing and making light of the The destruction they were doing . The Bosses were worst then the workers , wouldn't even help or barely talk to us. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Great! I would hire them again. They were very professional and they cleaned up exceptionally well. So clean I would not have known they were there. They called the in the morning and left a message that they were working on that day but I was at work and didn't see my messages until late in the day. It was a little short notice but it worked out fine. Since I was not at home I did not see them working, but, my neighbor reported to me that they were extremely organized and efficient. I gave a B on the price since I didn't know how to rate it. Is an A a great price for reasonable amount of work? Or in comparison to other quotes?

Very poor - Got estimate promptly - within 4 working days. Followed up with a question, and never got an answer. Wanted to schedule work and took two voice mail messages that were never returned. I wonder how they stay in business .

We used them in the spring. Great, they're very good. I use them in the spring, and I use them in the fall to shut down our sprinkler system.

We received a quote from Precision that we thought was fair -- they were a little higher on the fence than some of the other companies we looked at, but since they were among the few who offered both tree removal and fence services we went ahead in the interest of convenience. This was in April. At the time, the representative I spoke with assured me it would be a quick turnaround for the trees, and maybe a month or so for the fence depending on the requirements for permits in our area. I thought that seemed reasonable, I just asked that they keep me apprised of progress and that they let me know if I needed to do anything on my end -- arrange for a survey, get extra permissions, etc. They came right out to take care of the trees. It was quick, they did good work, pretty painless. Their service with the trees is the only reason I gave them an overall D rather than an F. After the trees were done, they basically disappeared. I received no word on whether I needed to provide any kind of documentation or approval on my end, received no updates on progress, and my repeated attempts to get in touch with them were rewarded with full mailboxes and unreturned calls. A month came and went, and I started to wonder what recourse I had to get my deposit back if they never showed up. After around two months, I finally heard from my representative that they would be out the following week. Great. They came out, impressively had the fence up in a couple days, everything seemed fine. Until my neighbor pointed out to me that they had taken a section of the fence too far, gone beyond the edge of his garage and onto his property. It was a margin of a couple inches, admittedly shouldn't have been an issue. But he had every right to want it fixed, and so it needed to be fixed. I talked to my representative again that evening, explained the issue to him, was assured it would be fixed. Not a huge deal. More weeks pass. More unanswered and unreturned calls. I managed to reach someone at the office eventually, who had no idea that there had been an issue. I spoke with another individual who was apparently in charge of the fencing department at the company, who seemed prepared to explain to me how the team was only following my instructions. As if I had asked them to extend my fence onto my neighbor's property (I hadn't). Finally, nearly a month after our previous discussion, I heard back from our representative who said they'd be out the following week to fix the issue. At this point, I was willing to be reassured. The process had taken decidedly longer than I'd wanted it to and had been inconvenient overall, but it was going to be fixed. I was mildly annoyed when Friday of the following week came and went with no word. I was enraged when I then received an email threatening me with late fees because I had not yet payed my invoice. After another unreturned voicemail and an unreturned email, they finally came out and fixed my fence the following week. All told, the process took three months, three times longer than I was originally quoted. Most of the intervening time was spent with constant effort on my part to reach somebody for updates. In the end, no word of apology, no follow up to see if the issue had been resolved to my satisfaction, nothing. Just a bill. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a fence installation to look elsewhere.

Went well they were very considerate of their equipment on our concrete and with clean up. They did a great job would hire them again.

Terrible. Within the first year, 3 endless summer hydrangeas died, 10 pink phlox died, 1 bloodgood maple died and 1 Ivory Silk Lilac tree started looking bad. Even though these plants and trees died within the first-year warranty period, Precision would not replace them. Let me run through the sequence of events, so you can see what their customer service is like. 1. In July 2015, Precision came out to our house and provided an estimate. Over the next month, we finalized the scope of work. They stressed the importance of watering and upsold us fixing our sprinkler system and replacing all the heads. 2. In August 2015, we paid our deposit to start the work. 3. In October 2015, they finally finished all the work except trimming the large trees by our sunroom which was never completed. Within the first month of planting, pink phlox’s were already looking bad. 4. Spring and Summer of 2016 came and all the plants looked terrible and died. So, we called Precision multiple times and never received a call back. We even stopped by their office on August 18, 2016 regarding all the problems we were having and was assured that we would be called back but it never happened. 5. By September 2016, we were extremely frustrated and then sent a certified letter including pictures of all the dead plants and trees on September 25, 2016. We received our reply card back on September 27th which was signed by their office. Not surprisingly, we did not receive any response back even after sending a certified letter. 6. In October 2017, they winterized our sprinkler system and we mentioned again about our plants and trees. Again, they never called us back. 7. In May 2017, we sent them another email explaining our extreme frustration and referenced the certified letter that was sent. We told them we would pay for the winterization above as soon as they replaced our plants and trees. The finally got back to us and instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, they decided to try to blame us that everything died because we did not water the plants. That response is extremely unprofessional and not accurate. In fact, we have an increase in our water bills to prove that we were watering. Why would be spend thousands of dollars with them to fix our sprinkler system based on their recommendation and then not water the plants? They even had the gall to ask us to send them the pictures again. We decided not to because they were sent in our certified letter which they should have placed in our file. The quality of the work and the customer service that they provided is extremely disappointing. My recommendation is BUYER BEWARE. Also, you might want to compare the dates the other reviews were entered and when their responses were made.

It went well until it didn't. I am a previous customer who have bought services from them in the past. Jason LaPonzza arrived for the quote as scheduled. He provided an estimate via email. Email was polite, addressed me with my full name, and said to contact him should I have any questions. I emailed back and asked for his best price so that I can book the job today. His reply "have your work done by someone else then. Have a nice day". I called his office to complain. I don't think anyone is going to care. After that I got more emails explaining how this was his best price. But the damage is done. This unprofessional guy and this company will not be invited to bid on any of my projects in future.

Jasons crew then proceeded to dig out soil (machine and by hand) replace with gravel and sand !!! Proceeded to install the most beautiful Stone Block and Brick Pavers we had picked out!! His Crew did an outstanding job, total time was 6 days (tear out and finish product) They cleaned up every day when they were finished! OUTSTANDING!!! When they were done with Job (landscape, reseeding, level soil, add stone and straw) again, additional clean up!! We would use Jason and his crew again without any hesitation. Every one that has seen the work, has complimented it on how beautiful it looks!! We welcome calls and also welcome any one to stop by and look at work done!

Terrible. First of all a permit was not pulled in Middleburg Heights for the storm line. This was required by the City. Second, instead of putting in a natural swale a ditch app 14" across by about 10" deep running for approximately 20' was dug to my natural swale. This is not what I agreed to. I told him I wanted a natural swale. Also, I was not notified ahead of time and they just showed up. I was not able to spend the day there as I had to work and when I got home, I came home to a mess. They used very little soil and seed so the tree roots and the area they dug to put in the French drain were not even covered all the way. They spoke very little English so I had to call the owner and told him how disappointed I was. He said the ditch had to be dug to catch the water that drained from houses that sat higher than mine. I also have no idea if they even used stone below the storm line they replaced. When I later questioned why a permit was not pulled (didn't find out until almost a month later), he said that since that part of the job was added last minute he did not have the time to go get a permit (I would have never had it done if I knew he hadn't pulled a permit). His fix for the swale I was supposed to get was more French drain with an app 3' in diameter stone pit. It looked just as bad as it was in the middle of my backyard. I ended getting another company to fix the backyard and the large area around my tree still needs more dirt and seed as most of the tree roots are still exposed. This company has flashy literature and comes across professional but they do unprofessional work and they're expensive. I could have done a better job! I still have to deal with the City regarding the storm line which will probably have to be dug up and shown it was done properly to a City inspector before I can even put this house on the market. My issues with this Company are not over.

I called them 6-25-14 to schedule estimate. Appointment set up for two weeks later. Had to be rescheduled for several weeks later because bad storm damage caused them a lot of emergency work. Gentleman came promptly on rescheduled date and time. Helpful, professional discussion of job---replace driveway, back-yard turn-around and front yard apron with concrete or permeable pavers. Within a week emailed estimate, concrete only. Was two thousand dollars higher than other estimates.

A++ for two separate recent engagements. First appointment - the irrigation tech was awesome and was able to replace all my heads and fix a couple leaks without destroying the surrounding turf. Second appointment - three crews showed up and knocked out all the landscaping items in one day. I added on extra work on the spot which wasn't an issue. They got it done, clean up was excellent, and I was very happy. I will definitely hire these guys again.

Quick and easy install once the city approved permit and the supplies came from the manufacturer. The crew was very hard working and great about clean up. Salesman (Glenn A.) was helpful-- kept in touch during delays to let me know what was going on. My new fencing looks absolutely beautiful!

The crew arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job within the estimated time in spite of the chilly rain. The crew did a good job on cleaning up the limbs and debris and did their very best to minimize damage to the landscaped beds surrounding the tree, which was not easy. I was impressed by the crew leader's initiative and politeness to approach the neighbor to obtain permission to reposition their bucket truck in their driveway for more advantageous access to the tree. We were extremely pleased with the crew's knowledge and the thoroughness of their work. I was so happy with their tree work that I have retained Precision to replace our old brick patio. This work has not yet been scheduled.
