Pharaoh Masonry & Chimney Service did a great job replacing my chimney. John Richter walked me through the process of removing the existing chimney. He showed up on time, cleaned up daily, and completed the project on schedule. The quality was beyond what I expected so I asked him to rebuild my brick mailbox. John does top notch work and he is a true professional who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this company.

John’s work was very excellent. He takes a great interest in his customer and the job that needs to be done. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am so happy I chose him and would do so again.

I called the contractor, but got his answering machine. I left my name and number, along with a brief description of the work I wanted a quote on. I guess he had too much work or bigger fish to fry - never returned my call.

John was very professional; showed up, on time, on budget and even accommodated an add-on request for some work in the garage at the last minute. I was out of town at the time, and he communicated with me clearly and often. He provided pictures of completed job and was easy to pay from long distance. You don't get too many contractors of this caliber anymore. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

John was very responsive, explained all the options, allow time for us to make a decision and wants the job was contracted he communicated well and kept us informed as to when he will perform the job and when it will be completed. Overall, an excellent experience.

John has tuck pointed and rebuilt numerous chimneys for us over the last few years and is reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. He's a pleasure to work with and I recommend him very highly.

We were about to get a metal roof and the roofer recommended we have our chimney tuck pointed before the new roof, so he gave us the name of John Richter of Pharaoh Masonry. We called John and explained we were getting a new roof and needed the Chimney tuck pointed. He came over in a few days to give us an estimate. Now we have a Century Home and knew the chimney had a lean, well John explained the Chimney needed to be taken down to the eaves and rebuilt up from there. This created a time schediling issue as the roofers were scheduled to start in a week. Even though John was very busy he fit us in to his schedule and finished the job in three days. That included a complete clean up of the work area. John was absolutely great to work with and would highly recommend him.

Repaired water leak and extended chimney quickly without delays. Clean up was excellent. Overall attitude was excellent.
