The above price is discounted by the service tech because I explained how unhappy I was with the service last year. When I called for the service, I requested the owner when I called to do the service because I did not think the person last year did a good jog. I was told no problem with that request. However, the company sent the same person from the previous year. I was not happy. This company installed the screen and as far as I know are the only ones in the area who can service them so there is no choice. I have one of the widest screens (4 ft) and I guess the service person does the best he can in all fairness. However, after one week I started having problems again. I just live with it because it is too difficult to arrange appts. with this company. When you call for a service appt. they do not set it up right away; they have to call you when a service person will be in the area. Therefore, it's sometimes hard to adjust your schedule since the amount of notice varies. Also they don't seem to care what I request.
