Description of Work: I have had Mr. Palmer on 4 separate occasions and he will be back one day this week also. He has done handyman jobs and also built me three cabinets in the garage. He did cement fix up in my basement and also put togther standing shoe cabinet, a sitting bench and a fence. He was very professional and did a terrifc job no matter what I asked him to do.
