+ -1 moreI think they have a problem dealing with customers. Had they just come and not made an offer on the cost, I would be OK, but seeing as they gave me a price and we had an arrangement that was bad performance.
Description of Work: I needed a counter top made and I called them. They came out and looked at the job. They called me back and gave me a price estimate. I said OK and did not pursue other companies. I didn't hear from them for awhile, so I called them to see if they were going to do the job. They did not get back to me. I called a second time and they never responded.

+ -1 moreThe counter-tops were made exactly to order, were perfect and were done earlier than expected. They delivered the tops to the house and placed them on the new cabinets as a quick check. Great service and wonderful folks to deal with.
Description of Work: The company came to the house, measured for new counters, gave some suggestions and fabricated the new counter-tops.

+ -1 moreVERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING WHAT COULD AND COULD NOT BE DONE WITH CUSTOM LAMINATE COUNTERTOPS TO FIT MY KITCHEN REMODELING JOB. THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE WHEN I CALLED WITH CHANGES IN DIMENSIONS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PATIENT WITH ME AS IT TOOK A WHILE FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND A LOT OF THE TERMS USED IN COUNTERTOP CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION.
Description of Work: Made four countertops (laminate) for my custom kitchen remodel.

+ -1 moreTHERE WAS A LOT MORE INVOLVED IN DOING THE CABINETS THAN WE REALIZED. THEY COULD NOT JUST BUT A COUNTERTOP ON WITHOUT DOING A NUMBER OF OTHER THINGS.
