Description of Work: They have serviced our furnace for years and are always very prompt. They've been extremely helpful over the years. We highly recommend them. They were here during the fall to take a look at our furnace, and I will have them back out soon.

Description of Work: 1) first gentleman replaced capacitor and cleaned outside AC unit |upon return visit |2) second gentleman replaced motor and also re-replaced capacitor | ( just to be sure that blown motor didn't harm newly installed capacitor )

THE TECHNICIAN CLEANED, INSPECTED, AND TESTED BOTH SYSTEMS AND ALSO REPLACED FILTERS. THE TWO CARRIER FURNACE SYSTEMS WERE ORIGINALLY INSTALLED BY LISCO HEATING and COOLING IN AUGUST 1999. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT SERVICE TECHNICIANS FROM LISCO SERVICE OUR FURNACE SYSTEMS OVER THE LAST 4 YEARS AND EACH ONE HAS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB. THE WORK IS COMPLETED ON TIME IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY ALSO TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SYSTEM OPERATION AND PROVIDE ADVICE TO OPTIMIZE ITS USE.
