Leonti's Outdoor Supply

We hired Leonti's Outdoor Supply to come in and get out house ready to be put on the market. They came in and cleaned all the beds and also edged. Then came in a put in their triple shred mulch which looks absolutely beautiful. They were prompt, courteous and kept the job site clean at all times. They also took away some brush and small trees for us just to be sure the area looked ready for pictures and to be listed. They were just a pleasure to work with and will definitely use this company again at our future house!! Thanks Leonti's!

From start to finish this company was amazing! Came out and gave me an estimate to which Mike and Anthony helped design to exactly what we wanted. Installed a new lawn along with a new play area for my grandkids. Also installed a stone area for us to enjoy with a fire pit and even went over and beyond and set all of our furniture for us. That night once the work was completed we and a huge down pour which washed out some of our seed and straw. I contacted Mike and Anthony and they came back out and touched up the spots for me. I am so happy to have a beautiful backyard that not only we can enjoy but also my grandkids. Their communication and professionalism throughout the project was amazing and I would recommend to anyone. Will definitely use them again for any outdoor projects we would ever need.

In July, I called Leonti’s to price out three yard projects. The first one was to install 27 pavers to keep back the pea gravel surrounding my shed. The pavers we agreed upon were brown: [*** Link removed ***] When they were initially installed at the end of August, I thought they were covered with dust from whatever source they came, because they were white. Washing and successive storms failed to restore the pavers to their advertised color. Contacted Anthony, who replied: “I think our best/easiest option is to apply a sealer to it. We have a particular sealer that we use for decorative concrete. If we seal it and it brings out the brown to a point where you are happy we will move on. If not we can adjust and see what we can do about exchanging pavers at home depot.” At that point, I agreed to that option, until I spoke with someone at Home Depot. In late September, I had to make a stop at Brunswick Home Depot and decided to check out the paver problem with someone in Lawn/Garden. I showed the associate the color of the paver that appeared online and then a picture of what mine really look like. They told me that pavers coming from different runs will vary widely in color, and that’s likely what happened. When I asked about sealing them, they said it would only minimally change the color. They also said that exchanging the pavers for what was currently in stock would not be a problem. Anthony’s response was: “I have no problem helping in making this the way you want it. I can absolutely come out and attempt to seal the bricks to see if it changes the look and color to what you prefer. I will do the sealing for free and also we can do a test spot or brick to start. Although, if we are going to remove and replace the bricks we cannot afford to provide free labor. The issue is with the Home Depot product not the workmanship so I feel indifferent about covering the cost of it out of pocket. The hang up is that if the bricks are sealed and you still do not like them home depot will likely not exchange them anymore. So, if you want me to automatically remove and replace them with exchanged bricks we can do that for $200.” I clearly understood that Home Depot would not accept pavers that had been sealed and cancelled that option. It would seem that the “professional” should have recognized the flaw in the pavers. And it would seem that the “professional” should stand behind the work that is done. I clearly had no intention of paying an additional $200, on top of the $600 I already paid for a project not completed to my satisfaction. The integrity of a company is not judged by how they sell their product/services, but how they respond to problems that result in the process.
