JW CARPET CLEANING

John was punctual and professional. He quoted the price of $0.22/sq. ft. + $2 step) over the phone. We had been considering replacing several rooms of carpet but thought we would try a good cleaning first. John was referred by a friend that said that he had worked miracles at getting stains, etc. out of her carpets. Our carpets are very light beige and appeared very dirty around the edges next to the white baseboards. We also had several stains from when our dogs were puppies. John said there were no guarantees but would do his best. He worked at those areas very hard and spent much more time on the rugs than Sears and Stanly Steamer has done in the past. He also applied enzymes at no additional cost (the other guys wanted to keep offering and charging extras for everything). The results were incredible - the carpets look almost new - no stains remain and the dark border streaks are almost unnoticable. I will continue to use John for all my carpet cleaning needs going forward.

I called them about coming to clean my carpet and they gave me a price over the phone. I was surpised how cheap it would be without them even looking at the job. When they came out they did not do a very good job at all. The guy doing the work left dirt streaks on my steps because he did not overlap. He was a nice gentleman, but his technique was not very good. I would not use them again. I actually had to call him back to do a spot he missed in my living room.

John got back to me right away. We arranged a day and time for him to come out. As the time approached, he called to say he was running late. I said that's okay...I will be here. He arrived and quickly began on the carpet. He worked efficiently and neatly. The rug looks terrific and I really appreciate his comments and advice about the carpet. Nice person. Would definitely use and recommend him again!
