chimney repair
 + -1 moreCalled John Fillipelli to get an estimate on a chimney repair and tuckpoint on my house. He went to the house and within a couple of hours gave me a quote. He was able to start the repair the next day . He kept me informed of his progress and called when he completed the job. He does very nice work and the chimney looks great.
Description of Work: Tuckpointed chimney ,replaced two layers of brick and recrowned chimney.

Description of Work: John examined my chimney for possible areas that were causing leaks. He correctly identified the leak areas that I should be seeing on the inside. I had 3 quotes with leak sources to be identified. I picked John even though he was not the lowest price due to his explanation of why and what has been causing a chimney leak for about 10 years. I have had several hard rains since John completed the job and no leaks!!! John was prompt and cleaned the area thourghly when he was done. We should have more craftsmen like Mr. Fillippelli. L. Hale

 + -1 moreHe does high quality work. He has been a professional bricklayer for thirty years. He knowledge of stone and brick is beyond anyone I've ever seen. He is prompt and quick. His work is of the highest quality. He is very professional about cleaning up after himself.
Description of Work: He has rebuilt two chimneys and a retaining wall for me.
