Jim was very professional and his work was just as professional. I had to call him back a couple of times and he came right out with no questions asked, he didn't even charge me extra. I wish he did other jobs because you can trust Jim in your house if you had to leave him. You can also trust his word. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you Jim!!

Jim fabricated new kitchen cabinets to match our others, saving us time and money by eliminating the need to replace the entire kitchen woodwork. Quality was great. Jim was easily available and responsive. I will work with JBL again.

Jim did an excellent job. We are thrilled with the finished product. He was very helpful, making suggestions and helping us make decisions. We have had laminate installed a few other times, but this was by far the best installation ever. He came to our house a few times before the installation to discuss exactly what we were getting. We also went to his shop to see some of his finished work prior to hiring him. I would definitely recommend him. He was very professional every step of the way. What we really like was the fact that you could see he really took pride in his work. This is something hard to find these days.
