I would give Jim 10 stars if I could!! I originally was just going to do countertops, but he showed me that I could redo all my cupboards too, very affordable. And no pressure sales. So now I have a brand new, beautiful kitchen. His attention to detail and prompt responses to any questions/concerns I might have was very appreciated. He even showed up to help when my flooring people were messing up under my dishwasher! His quality of work is second to none. I just wish I had a reason to have more cupboards! I would hire / recommend him in a second. Very happy!!

I had a few other people out for quotes and was uncomfortable moving forward. I decided to contact Home Advisor and I am so happy I did. We found Jim Lowe with JBL Custom Kitchens. What a great experience! Jim came out and gave us some ideas we were not even thinking of. He did an awesome job. He is extremely responsive to phone calls, emails, various questions. If you are concerned about construction messes, Jim is hte guy. He is a neat freak, which is hard to find in construction people. He is extremely careful and treats your home with respect. We love our new kitchen and we didn't have break the bank.

I would 100% recommend JBL Kitchens for getting your new laminate countertops. I absolutely love my HD laminate, which looks great! They also put an undermount sink and new faucet in. I had Home Depot quote me more than $1,000 what JBL cost me, and I'm sure JBL did 10 times a better a job than Home Depot would have done. Great crew who are not trying to rip people off and are meticulous about their work. If you are looking for a contractor for laminate, you just found him!

Jim was professional and quick to respond. The kitchen counters were completed fast. The materials used was high quality and looked great.
