Jim from JBL III Custom Kitchens did a superb job on my kitchen remodel. I had both the counters and cabinets done and they look wonderful. Jim went out of his way to help me find the best cabinet type/color to fit with the existing floors. He was very responsive when I needed to communicate with him. I’d rehire in the future for sure!

Jim managed the countertop project from initial measurements to final installation. Every aspect of the job went as he explained it would and it was actually completed faster than I had expected. His was just one part of a total kitchen remodel and if all aspects of the job had gone as well as this one it would have been completely painless. I can't recommend him enough.

Jim was great to work with. He built and installed a new, custom laminate counter for the kitchen in my investment unit, and installed new plumbing for the sink and faucet I ordered separately. The cost was fair and his service and communication were excellent. I'll be using him again and referring him!

I chose JBL because of all the 5 star ratings I saw on Home Advisor. And, Jim the owner, lived up to it and beyond. They installed the Wilson Art HD counter top and it looks so much like granite at a fraction of the price. Because our counter top was installed when we build the home all other competitors quoted doing in 2 pieces to get it through the door, but Jim and his team figured it out which left us with no ugly seams to look at. I would recommend him to anyone. By the way, his pricing was extremely competitive and all work was done on time. The final job is more than beautiful. It's hard to find this type of quality and performance now-a-days.

Jim Was totally professional. he should up and time completed the project when he said he would and was very polite and courteous, when we had quotes done he was the only contractor who took his shoes off and did a more through review of kitchen before submitting his quote.

Jim, along with his helper, did an exceptionally good job installing a new kitchen countertop at an affordable price. He arrived on time, set to work immediately and completed the job with speed and competence, and cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly recommend him.

Jim and his helper were very thorough and complete in the job they did for me on 7/25/16. When through with the installation, Jim used his Shop Vac to thoroughly clean-up the kitchen. You would never know that anything was done except for the new kitchen counter and sink that was installed. Would hire again.

Jim was very helpful in assisting with picking out our counters. He also pointed out areas on our old counters that were not correct from the original builders. Jim and Mike arrived on time to do the counter installs, did a great job on the installs and cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely recommend their services.

I cannot say enough good things about JBL. From the first conversation of getting a quote to the end result - they were awesome. He showed up when he said, answered his phone if we needed to reach him, and was prompt and on time each time he was at the house. After working each day he cleaned up. The workmanship is top-notch. He made me cry when I saw how beautiful it all looked when it was finished. 5 stars are not enough.

Jim and Mike are the best. The cast iron sink I bought did not fit and had to be replaced. Jim went out of his way to go to Home Depot and pick up a cast iron sink that was not distorted to mount in the kitchen. His quality in his work stands out and he is honest and proud of his work. It is hard to find a excellent company these days and he is the best. He is very fair in his prize. I would higher him in a heart beat. Thank you so much Jim and Mike and thanks to Home Advisors I would of not found them.

Very courteous and timely. Even came back to doublecheck so that no mistakes were made. Already referred him to my aunt, and definitely will refer him to others in the future. Great to work with and my new countertops look wonderful.
