I was given this company because of my home warranty company. We scheduled a meet time that was based on my work schedule. They called that day after I went to work and told my wife that they were in the area and wanted to come early. When they got there, they said that nothing was wrong with the unit and proceeded to clean it out. This was good, but we had another contractor out who said that the compressor was going bad and that is what was causing our problems. JADE said that they did not like working with the warranty company because people are always looking to replace not fix. They unit is still not working properly and they have not returned our phone call.
Description of Work: Our air-conditioner was not working properly.

DAVID EGIZII WAS THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE, HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH, AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR BOILER AND OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY REQUIRES THAT WE USE CERTAIN PROVIDERS, AND JADE WAS THE ONE THEY GAVE US. THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED A PART AND INSPECTED FOR PROBLEMS. THE $100 IS OUR HOME WARRANTY DEDUCTIBLE. WE WOULDN''T HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE WE USE VERNE & ELLSWORTH FOR THINGS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR HOME WARRANTY. BUT IF WE HAVE ANOTHER CLAIM, WE WILL REQUEST JADE FROM THEIR REQUIRED COMPANIES.
