Description of Work: My tech was Travis C., lead tech. He was at our home today to service the inside unfinished basement and the entire outside. I basically just needed service for a few rather large spiders spotted in basement. He also took care of a bee?hornet?nest in an outside peak. Travis was very professional and extremely thorough which I appreciated. He definitely deserves some recognition for doing a job and doing it right! Thank you! On the other hand, I would like to complain about all the times I call in and get little to no help. The wait time has been way too long.. 15-20 min before I even get a human on the line. I am promised phone calls back in "30 min" so they can look at shedule and call me with appt date and time. (there has got to be something more efficient than how they do this?) BUT Whoever I spoke to most recently was very good. I'm sorry don't remember her name. She actually was one of the only ones who followed through and called me back.

Description of Work: I am a past Orkin customer and when Insight asked me to try their services, I did. The product is so exceptional that I have never had to |Call for follow-up service because the summer bugs re-appeared. This never was the case with my previous service provider. For the number of treatments they provide to maintain your surroundings, the prices is very reasonable.

Description of Work: Outside pest control. Last visit was not good. Did not do everything they were supposed to do. Previous visit we could not be home and was charged the full amount even though they only did about 25% of what they were supposed to do. Hard time dealing with them over the phone. Have to talk to supervisor and no return calls to remedy any of the situations. Cancelled further services.

Description of Work: I have a year contract with Insight to treat my house for bugs and pests, they come out quarterly and will treat the entire outside of the home and will also do the inside if you ask for no extra charge. We also had them treat around the kids playground which they did without any extra charge. I have yet to see any insects in the house since we started using them, so I am very satisfied with the work they do.

Description of Work: I used Insight Pest Solutions for pest control.

Description of Work: I signed a one year contract for 4 applications inside and out. They utilized a dust type of pest control insecticide. This kept the outside of my house much cleaner, no need to clean windows, and eliminated a bee problem I had, and seemed to be a good preventive for other pests.

Description of Work: A salesperson came around and talked to me about the service. I declined, but took his card. I later called him to sign up. The initial service tech came to my house, performed the service, and asked me to sign to verify that the work had been done. He did not inform me that there is a yearlong commitment. The pitchman never mentioned a year long contract either. They came out another time without letting me know they would be there, and did not spray the inside of my house, but still charged me. I called to cancel twice, and they waived the fee, but it took me an hour and a half over four calls to finally get it taken care of. The work they do is great, but failing to inform the consumer that it is a year long obligation is atrocious, and makes me not want to work with them.

Description of Work: They were going door to door and attempting to scare residents into buying services for non-existent problems, ie carpenter ants, explaining that "many" neighbors had them and it was obvious that my house did as well. Told me it was a one day only deal. Had no business cards. Very pushy.

Description of Work: Only used 1x and I learned I should just continue my OWN spraying....so cancelled. They did forego the $120.00 penalty for cancelling.
