Our technician, Aaron M., was very thorough. Our initial visit included inside and outside the house. He did a great job, took extra time to fill in a small hole he noticed in the basement where we have noticed some bees. He explained that if we continue to see the bees, spiders and/or ants before our next scheduled visit, we simply call them and they will come back out and spray again - at no additional charge. Five star service tech!

Pat McDonough was very friendly described everything he was going to do and did. Made sure he covered everything that I wanted done. Pat is a nice guy and willing to answer any question. I would recommend them.

Jacob showed up on time, a little early actually, was friendly and courteous and explained in detail all the services he was going to perform. He assured me the products he was using are pet friendly, as I have 2 curious cats. After applying the treatments, he again went over everything with me and again, was thorough, friendly, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company over one of their major competitors, because I tried them and their customer service fails miserably in comparison to insight.

Tech was very pleasant, knowledgeable, answered all questions and explained what he was applying and what to look for. He instructed us not to plant our flowers for 2 weeks after this application since it might interfere with the way it was supposed to work.

All went well. We have a small dog and he told us about the product and what harm if any could bother our pet. When he entered the house he wore shoe covers without us asking him to do so. The technician did all levels inside and out!

The tech was very professional and answered all my questions. He was courteous and very helpful. We have used Insight Pest Solutions for two years and have no complaints! I also must include that the customer service over the phone was exceptional. She was very professional and friendly. A lot of times when you call companies the person on the other end gives the impression that you're bothering them! Not my experience at all! Great company!

Service was on time and very comprehensive. Insight representative Perez A. was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Entire perimeter of the home was treated for pests and all exterior peaks and corners were brushed off for webs and even a few wasp nests. The interior bathrooms and entire basement were treated for pests. Perez wore foot covers while inside and took all precautions to ensure cleanliness and professionalism was adhered to. Upon completion of the work, Perez took the time to explain the services he performed and even pointed out a few abnormalities he observed during the performed service. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the services provided by Insight Pest Solutions. I highly recommend Insight- this company definitely goes above and beyond to ensure outstanding customer service!

They were punctual and friendly. The service took about 30 minutes and they asked if I had any questions The technicians were knowledgeable about the service. I was concerned because my daughter has asthma so they took special care in some areas.

Tech was on time, explained what he was going to do, performed the task, asked me if there was anything else he could do and left.

We did hire somebody who was just horrible. It was supposed to be three, four or five treatments throughout the year, but on that particular one it was a very cold, snowy day. We got a bill from them, but there was snow piled up all around the house and not a single footprint all around the house. It was obvious they had not gotten out of the car and had not done a thing. Yet they billed us for it. We ended up escalating and going to their regional manager and so forth. They ended up waiving that bill, but then they were all over us to have us complete a couple of other assignments because apparently this is supposed to be, like, you buy four or five treatments throughout the year and it is a contract, but they billed us for one they did not even do. To me that sounds criminal. The first one they had done earlier in the year we were not particularly happy with because they sprayed it all over the outside windows so we had cr*p all over the outside window. We had to have the windows washed after they got done because there was so much cr*p all over the windows. The pricing was fine if they had actually done the work. Their responsiveness was bad too. We got calls from people trying to bully my wife into we had to pay the bill even though it was obvious the guy had not shown up. Then when we finally got them to waive that, then we started getting calls saying we had to do the next three or four. We had to pay them to come back when it was obvious they did not do what they were supposed to do the first time. The calls to my wife were horrible.

They are good and reasonable but the are not as responsive to my questions and issues. They need to be more responsive.

Richard was very courteous and respectful of the small child living in my home. He also noticed and treated a bee nest that was being set up. He was punctual and was in and out very quickly, but was thorough.

Rick did a great job! He was prompt and gave me a call before coming over so I could bring my dogs into the house while he worked in the back. He also sprayed inside when i mentioned that I was seeing ants upstairs for the first time.

They're really good. They work really hard. They removed everything.

The technician was prompt, efficient and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why. Richard Grant was excellent. I had called a few weeks ago and Insight sent a technician (at no cost) to spray for ants as the scheduled service was not until 6/4 This is a great service. KD

We've had sugar ants, carpenter ants, spiders, wasps and stink bug problems. They came out, explained why/how they thought the bugs were penetrating the house. They told us ways to prevent and also sprayed and baited the area to take care of the problems. They come out between visits if you are having problems. They've always been friendly and courteous. I like that they try to track the problem so that there can be a proactive plan besides just sprays and traps. We even had a problem with 2 black widow spiders that transported on a car from the West. They came out and took care of the problems right away. They come out once per quarter. The price is per quarter.

Richard was very courteous and professional. He also answered my questions regarding the treatment of drain flies.

The first application was done by Jonathan Wachlin. He was very thorough and paid extra attention to some problem spots, namely a section of the house where wasps were seen entering under the siding and inside the house in the furnace closet where we get ants. He removed all the webs around the house and in the garage--there were quite a few. We still had some webs again on the front porch so I scheduled another appointment for just the porch before our next scheduled treatment. Not sure if anyone came because I wasn't home and nothing was left to indicate so. I removed the webs before the technician came out because I was expecting guests and wanted to give the impression that our house was somewhat tidy. There were no more webs after I removed these. Our second application was done by Konnor Lyons. Only the outside needed to be done, as I had only seen 1 or 2 spiders inside and there are no new webs outside or in the garage since our first application. Overall, we are happy with the product and service.

At first I was unsure about signing a 1 yr contract from a door to door salesperson, i had never heard of insight before but i have seen there truck on our street before, so i figured i'd give them a chance. Being near a lot of woods every year we have our share of ants stink bugs and this yr bees, its become a hastle to have to keep up on spraying regularly ourselves so i figured it was time to have a professional do regular maintaince for us. They were very professional , polite, and punctual when they came out. I was very happy with there service. they will come out and spray 4x a yr. and give free sprays inbetween if needed. and as promised when my bees were not totaly gone they came out and resprayed for me. Caleb again was very punctual, courteous,and professional. i would recommend insight to others for there pest control needs.

My Technician Caleb Johnson was prompt, friendly and courteous during his visit. Additionally, Caleb was very patient when I asked again whether the chemicals used would be hazardous at all to my pet. He assured me they would not.

The technician arrived promptly. Was very friendly and polite. Sprayed outside perimeter of house and dusted all overhangs. Sprayed wasp nest that was on the inside of rock front by front door. Did an instant kill plus an inside spray. Was very efficient and thorough.

It didn't go well. I just didn't see the results I was hoping for after they sprayed. I tried to have them come back out, but they were very unresponsive. The price just wasn't worth the lack of customer service. The technicians were professional enough when they came out, but again, the customer service plays into that, too.

They were professional, on time, and did good work. Two weeks after they sprayed, we were seeing ants in the garage (and saw the some bees had returned) so they came back out and sprayed again.

We haven't had a huge issue with pests, so at the moment we've not seen a huge difference. We plan on using them quarterly. I saw them spray and it took about 45-60 minutes. They mostly keep to themselves but they were still professional.

The sales rep was very kind and professional. However, we just wanted two treatments, but the contract they wrote up for us has four visits. The rep advised us to simply cancel after two treatments, but the fine print says the discount pricing isn't available if you cancel. We are currently working this out with Insight.
