Description of Work: Removed old drive, poured shed pad and driveway from back of house to street's edge. Removed all the debrie and dirt, stones, etc. to make everything look nice and professional. It went smoothly from start to finish

+ -1 moreHe was a very fair and honest guy. He does quality work and listened to all of my ideas and then improved them with his own expertise. He did exactly what he said he would do and I was very impressed.
Description of Work: I lived in a brick, ranch style home built in the 1950s which was never waterproofed. He excavated around the entire home and installed drain tiles around the entire home with two points of access. He supplied a sump pump and also found a cracked tile that led to a creek and excavated that and fixed all of that drain tile as well. We were so impressed with his work that we asked him to install a nice patio that extended to our pool. Most recently, he made a wheelchair accessible entry into my uncle's home where I currently preside. He even did more work than what he quoted us and didn't even charge us any extra.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt and professional and did exactly what I asked. The job appeared to be done very well. The driveway cracked in one place rather soon after. Although the crack never widened or heaved, it is noticeable. It is now almost 8 years later and the driveway is very badly spalt everywhere. I know that a few people that had a driveway done at the same time and it looks hardly worn. There is no heaving in my driveway but it looks like it has been in for 25 years. Poor concrete.

+ -1 moreCompany out two separate times -- once to give an estimate and a second time to change size of patio and answer more question when my father was here. About 3 weeks later they were here right on time to start the project. It was a one day job -- fast work, cleaned everything up. I will use them again in the future when I replace my driveway. Note: Florio & Son Cement is not the same company as Florio and Brothers -- some of the reports for this company are under Florio and Brothers.
