 + -1 moreThe 20 year old piano hadnt been tuned in several years and had never been cleaned or repaired. The job was done in a prompt manner. The tuner was professional and explained everything. He was very prompt and kept to the schedule.

 + -1 moreHe is very professional. Normally, Mr. Dorsey does the tuning; although, a couple of times he had an assistant do the tuning. He is always punctual and reasonably priced. He does a good job of calling to follow-up for future appointments.
Description of Work: He has repaired and tuned our piano. The first tuning was done to a piano that had not been tuned for many years.

 + -1 moreTHIS SERVICE HAS SEVERAL TECHNICIANS, ALL MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY, I BELIEVE. THE FATHER DOES GOOD WORK, TUNING THE PIANO BY EAR, BUT THE SONS TUNE THE PIANO WITH A MACHINE, WHICH RESULTS IN POOR TUNING. I HAVE GIVEN THEM MANY CHANCES TO DO A GOOD JOB, BUT ON THE WHOLE, UNLESS THE FATHER DOES THE TUNING, THE WORK IS POOR. THEY ARE VERY NICE GUYS AND WANT IT TO BE RIGHT, BUT THEY JUST CANT MANAGE IT. I WONT EVER USE THEM AGAIN.
