Doug does beautiful work and is a nice guy to work with. He was extremely careful with every brick that he layed, and the end result is a significant improvement to my home. However, the journey to get to the finish had a few bumps. I understand that this type of work is at the mercy of the weather, but Doug could have communicated better about when he would be at my home.
Description of Work: Installed a 144 sq Ft patio. Work included: 1) excavating area to a depth of about 10 inches 2) back-filled with crushed limestone 3) installed 6 Ft long, 18 inch high retaining to enclose basement windows 4) installed 6 Ft long, 12 inch deep step 5) installed Uni-Lock brick pavers in a 45 deg herringbone pattern, including a soldier course around the entire patio.

WE DECIDED TO HAVE THE CONTRACTOR MOVE THE TREES AND WE MOVED THE SHRUBS AND PLANTS OURSELVES.
