Paid good money, for poor window cleaning. Brought this to attention of the owner - and he didn't care enough to even come out and look. Had to wash at least 1/2 my windows myself after they performed their service and was paid.

HIS RESPONSE TO RETURNING TELEPHONE CALLS WAS OUTSTANDING -- WHICH LEFT ME WITH A SENSE THAT HE WOULD DO WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. HE DID NOT DO WHAT HE COMMITTED TO.
Description of Work: DRAINING OF WAVELESS WATERBED. HAVING A PROBLEM REMOVING WATER. PROMISED TO COME BEFORE NEW MATTRESS DELIVERED. CONTINUED TO PROMISE AND FINALLY ADMITTED WAS NOT COMING DAY BEFORE MATTRESS WAS TO ARRIVE. GUESS HE DID NOT WANT THE JOB OR WANT TO TRAVEL TO EAST SIDE. WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED HIM BEING HONEST WHEN FIRST CALLED, BUT HE CONTINUED TO COMMIT THAT HE WOULD DO THE JOB. NEVER TOLD HIM THAT I WAS MEMBER OF ANGIE'S LIST. NOT INDICATIVE OF PEOPLE WHO YOU HAVE ON THE LIST. LEFT ME IN VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION BECAUSE OF HIS CONTINUED PROMISE TO GET TO MY HOME BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF MATTRESS.
