We had an excellent experience throughout the whole process. Rick listened to all the issues we wanted to avoid with the new construction due to the fact that the room wasn't going to have any temperature control and also kept the construction within the estimate cost he had quoted. When issues arose during the project he responded promptly to them and remedied them as well. We highly recommend this company and would hire them again for similar projects.

I worked with Carlo Chiuchiarelli for an estimate on remodeling my home. I thought Carlo had great ideas. My challenge was financing all the good ideas so I had to go with someone else for a smaller scale project. I thought Carlo and his team were honest about the costs and very willing to work with me. I found their attention to detail impeccable. In addition they are "family" people and took the time to hear my concerns and address them. They were even willing to help me with any additional help I might need with my financier. I hope to work with the Chiuchiarelli's in the future, but i would highly recommend them even now.

Unable to get estimate for work needed

Rick came prompltly to inspect our basement wall problems. His honest recommendation was to replace the two dameaged walls in our northeast corner of the basement, completely waterproof the affected sides, re-inforce the new walls with rebar and fill with grout. They completely removed the corner foundation and meticulously replaced the entire section with new block. Working with Joe Golubic Waterproofing, the coordinated project took about one week to completion. Both companies did a professional job with hardly any noticibility at all. As of today, we are satisfied that our choice of waterproofing and masonry compaines was the right choice. Rick's professional attitude and knowledge of his profession kept myself and my wife at ease throughout the otherwise stressful experience. I HIGHLY recommend Chiucharelli Construction and Masonry!
